I called CubeSmart and the gentleman who answered could not have been more helpful, patient and focused on helping me find a reasonably priced solution. We arrive at CubeSmart where Rick immediately comes outside to greet us BY NAME and welcomes us, provides a quick tour and tips - even gives us water bottles. What a find! The rates were very competitive and the facility was modern, secure, safe and clean. But what really sets this business apart is its top notch customer service. Maria and Julio really set the bar when it comes to customer service. They are both polite, professional, friendly, competent and efficient. And this is EVERY time I've had occasion to interact with them - from when I first negotiated my rental to setting up my account to finally closing the account when the weather improved and I no longer needed to store my car. Extremely polite and nice people to deal with. On the day of the appointment dropped the car off and picked it up without any issues. Good quality work. The hitch looks great on Outback. Doesn't stick out at all. Located 5 minutes away from a train station and hours are long enough so can be dropped off before work and picked up after.
