What upsets me, is ALL of the main cameras did NOT pick up any footage of the two stealing my equipment. They cut the fence on the opposite side of the lot and walked all they way to my trailer which was on the other side. The only camera on my side was just a trail/deer camera. Really, This is you camera setup for your security. Also, my monthly rent went up last summer due to they said they hired a full time security officer on site. This security comes in every once in awhile. The is NO FULL TIME SECURITY OFFICER ON SITE. Last summer as well, Someones RV was stolen and recovered in Wentzville. I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT store your belongings here as they are not equipped with good security or cameras.

He was only circling where we were and then followed us to the front gate. But we forgot to make sure we picked up something and went back to our trailer and he followed us right on our bumper. I arrived at EZ storage and Gregory (manager) was able to provide me a unit. These units are all indoors and climate controlled. You need a special code to get through the gate/garage and your unit is inside. It's a drive-thru unit and so you drive your car in and then unload and take the elevator up. They provide carts for easy transport. Before I committed to the unit, Gregory brought me through the building and showed me the size of the unit and talked to me about the cost per month. Right now they are running a special so I was able to get 3 months for half price. I assume they have specials often so be sure you check. Gregory told me he lives on site with his dog so if there is ever anything going on he'll know about it. There are also multiple cameras around the property and inside the building. I'm really glad this storage facility exists. It's exactly what I was looking for!

Move-in was easy and having access to their moving truck ( at a reasonable price!), made it all work - and we had coordinated everything from NY just a short time prior to arrival. They have lots of carts to use, easy drive in access to drop off stuff and cart it up to your unit, and clean, auto-lit corridors and storage units. We kept the unit over 2 years and there were a few times we were late on payments and they didn't treat you like a deadbeat - they just reminded you and we paid right away. I cannot think of one negative thing, and I am a pretty harsh grader - I don't just give away 5 stars to everyone.

They seemed easy to work with and after just having a baby we wanted movers that were hassle free and trustworthy. (They broke a dresser and a rocker from the nursery) They are fine so long as your expectation is that you just want your items delivered. If you expect them to be in the same condition as they left your house, that's where they fall short. They broke several items and when you file your claim, they initially send you a rather intense email about how it's better to settle for $500 than continue with the process. We chose to continue as our items were worth significantly more than $500. We have now received an offer of about 30-50 cents on the dollar. And 1 item they will not reimburse for because I can't prove that the mid-century modern record counsel was working before they smashed it. Even though I have a photo of the top open right before the move. Long story short- if you do use this company, take photos and videos of all of your belongings to insure that you aren't left with nothing at the end. Or faced with spending even more money to replace the things they broke. They are very expensive and I thought I was hiring a company that stood behind their work. I apparently did not. I am still trying to figure all this out, but it seems to me that if you hire movers and buy insurance you should not be out even more money to replace your furniture that they broke.

They used UNITS for the first two lots, and had a UNITS container in the driveway when the house sold. It looked good and wasn't a detraction. But then the homeowners tried a different container company, in an attempt to save money. Not only did they NOT really save money, as the other company had lots of fees for every step of the process, and much more shifting of the load (the other company pulls the unit onto a trailer at a 45 degree angle, UNITS always stay flat!) And in less than 2 months in storage at the other place mice had build a nest in the furniture! There were also indications that the other company's so-called temperature controlled space was not optimal. In short: UNITS is worth it -- a seamless delivery and pick up, better outcome for the belongings, and cost differences were not real.
