I arrived at EZ storage and Gregory (manager) was able to provide me a unit. These units are all indoors and climate controlled. You need a special code to get through the gate/garage and your unit is inside. It's a drive-thru unit and so you drive your car in and then unload and take the elevator up. They provide carts for easy transport. Before I committed to the unit, Gregory brought me through the building and showed me the size of the unit and talked to me about the cost per month. Right now they are running a special so I was able to get 3 months for half price. I assume they have specials often so be sure you check. Gregory told me he lives on site with his dog so if there is ever anything going on he'll know about it. There are also multiple cameras around the property and inside the building. I'm really glad this storage facility exists. It's exactly what I was looking for!

Move-in was easy and having access to their moving truck ( at a reasonable price!), made it all work - and we had coordinated everything from NY just a short time prior to arrival. They have lots of carts to use, easy drive in access to drop off stuff and cart it up to your unit, and clean, auto-lit corridors and storage units. We kept the unit over 2 years and there were a few times we were late on payments and they didn't treat you like a deadbeat - they just reminded you and we paid right away. I cannot think of one negative thing, and I am a pretty harsh grader - I don't just give away 5 stars to everyone.

I like the convenience of coming in out of the elements to unload. They have a truck you can borrow to load into the facility but your insurance must allow you to drive it. (Mine didn't.) They have equipment to unload your stuff that you can use and there has always been some available. There is even music piped in. I brought both my kids to see this place because I am so pleased after my previous experience. The only thing missing is light within the units. I haven't figured that part out yet. Can be hard when you need to go in and find things.

She had no idea what to tell me. (very sketchy) In fact, I had to prompt her on what to ask me!! ha. She lied to me and told me that there are "people monitoring the property via security camera." So thats when I asked her why then have they not fixed the broken gate if they are aware of it being open and broken? She could not answer me. There is no one monitoring this property. There is not a security protocol in place and no security. At all. The "property manager" does not answer their phone. "elle" lied to me and told me she "shut the gate" remotely, then advised me not to drive by to check to make sure its closed. (keep in mind that closing the gate remotely would mean the gate is in fact working) I drove by to see if she was telling the truth, and the gate was still open. Why would she lie about that? I am very sketched out by this company and their utter lack of security and security protocols. There is literally nothing stopping the general public from driving right into the property and tampering with everyone's storage. Thats exactly what happened with my unit. Also, their site claims the property manager lives on the property. That is also a lie. This is not a safe or secure storage company and their customer service staff lied directly and intentionally to me (which is extremely odd and makes me believe there is something worse going on) id absolutely look elsewhere! There were mouse poops in at least one of the boxes. I waited 20 minutes for them to open, but nobody was there even 15 minutes after the opening time and nobody answered the phone. When I came back, in the entry there was a large price sign that had fallen on the floor and it had a dead roach stuck on it. Regret not taking photos. The boxes were gone, and when he showed me the unit, there was a big pipe on the side but in the middle of the depth. I was already expecting a tight fit so this was not acceptable. He did give me a different locker. But it's a good thing I went a couple days before my main move. And because I was moving across country two days later, I had no option, but to use this facility. It is well lit, the hallways are clean, and I did see mouse traps so they are at least doing something about their mice problem. Their climate control falls short. I went in there today, it's 51 in the beginning of January, but the last several days have been very cold. There's no way it was more than 40° in there. It felt like 35. Was there on an unseasonably warm day in December that had been proceeded by several very cold days and it was the same. Probably 35 to 40°. I'd recommend finding a different facility.

I was impressed at the prices- much better than the pot office! They did not have much in the way of packing supplies, so if you need that, you need to go to a bigger FedEx location- which I had to do a few days later.. Upon entering, there was a long line towards the front of the store, and then a shorter line at a counter near the back. Because this was my first time shipping anything like this, I wasn't sure which line to join. However, I used my context clues and figured that the counter in the back, which had a ton of empty shipping boxes on the shelves and scales, was probably the place for me. Turns out I joined the correct line, and after a short wait, it was my turn. The employee was friendly. He scanned my QR code, verified some information, and then printed my receipt and said I was good to go. It felt weird leaving a MacBook and charger at the counter without seeing it boxed up or anything, but I received a confirmation that my work received everything a few days later! No complaints about this location. I would go back!
