I really appreciated that he listened instead of trying to upsell me. It also gives me peace of mind knowing there's an on-site property manager I feel comfortable with. Anthony has been consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. One thing I especially appreciate is that the restroom is always clean, which isn't something you find at every storage facility. The property is well maintained, and customer service hasn't stopped after I signed the lease. In fact, one day there was no parking available near my unit, and Anthony moved his car so I wouldn't have to carry my belongings so far. That small act spoke volumes about how much they care about their customers. This isn't the fanciest storage facility, but it has everything you need: clean, secure, and excellent customer service. HOWEVER! Upon further review of the contract, I found an alarming clause indicating a 2X price hike after 4 months - which wasn't mentioned when I agreed to the month-to-month lease. I found other reviews on Reddit from those experienced 200% price hikes after a few months. Currently looking for another facility that offers more reasonable price increases over time.

Came back and…read moregot a new unit for myself and my mom barely 2 months ago, and they are already raising the rent on us for both of our units by $100 a month! This feels very bait-and-switchy. When I called the manager to talk about it, she just kept repeating that they were month-to-month, as if that excused it, and that an increase in month 3 and month 8 were normal. That would have been really nice to know before we signed up, especially considering the first time I rented here my rent only increased twice IN SIX YEARS. This has never been their standard business practice until now, and I'm really disgusted to see them pulling this BS on their customers this time around, especially with the economy being so bad and people are barely scraping by. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the male employee who works here is always very kind and helpful, and I genuinely DID love this business as it was run very well in the past and its always been very clean and safe, but they took advantage of me this time around and I just really do not appreciate it, especially having previously been a happy, long-time client with only positive experiences before this. Its insulting and takes advantage of both me and my mom during a vulnerable moment in our lives. Once again, another business corrupted by prioritizing profit margins over people. I planned on keeping the car in storage for 2 months, and they were flexible with me on arranging when to drop it off. I ended up having to drop the car off 3 weeks earlier than expected and it was not a problem. When I dropped off the car, Alex and Alan were super assertive in explaining how the car would be stored. I also ended up picking up the car earlier than expected and they had my car ready within the hour and I got to keep the car cover and battery tender I bought for next time. I also liked the fact that Stephanie kept my contract open in the event I needed to bring the car back, she was so accommodating. I will ABSOLUTELY be using this service again !!!
