CRYSSI- is EVERYTHING! I have been using this storage facility going on 5yrs. She has helped immensely over the years. From Los Angeles to New Orleans and back again. Her attention to customer service is impeccable, whenever I had a concern about anything, she answered my questions. When I would leave messages, she would call me right back. With this last move out and move back in at this location, she helped pick out the perfect storage unit. I was unsure with the size and kept doubting myself. She came, looked at my items and the space and decided for me. She gave me great advice on how pack my belongings, maximizing my space. Hands down, she hit it right on the nose. I didn't have to get the larger unit that I thought I needed. She has been nothing but accommodating to me, and she taught how to use two dollies at the same time lol! As for the facility, I have felt comfortable by myself on the grounds, I have stayed till closing and felt safe. It's always clean when I go there. I never have seen it super busy, and never experienced any hardships moving stuff in and out. I may have been lucky and missed the busy periods, I never go on the weekends so maybe that's why. Scam storage facility. Started initial rental at around $100.00 for a 5x10 unit. After only 3 years they have increased the rental almost every 3-5 months. My current notice for rent was for $343.00 for the 5x10. Never missed a payment or had any issues with my payments through autopay. Avoid this place and find another less sketchy storage facility. read more

Today when I called the office to speak to Chrissy,th property manager a person answered the phone who was 100% rude! She didn't even say her name or anything and she told me that Crissy no longer works there. When I inquired about this I was given the run a round. She refused to answer my question. Chrissy is the person that I've been mostly in touch with regarding my property I've stored for many years. Due this horrible customer service. I have no choice but to move my items out. I will not be treated with disrespect. I had to hang up the phone because I couldn't stand how rude the person was and I still didn't get an answer to my question. I moved out sept 2 they made me still pay for the month. I paid through Oct 1 with my stuff no longer being there. I removed my lock on Oct 1 at 8am and they are charging me 130 balance for not removing lock on 9/30. Thieves. Awful customer service as well read more

Horrible! Experience for first time service. They dont know the exact sizes of their units. Don't request a 10x15. You'll get a 10x 8.12. LIARS! How do you advertise based on inaccurate information. "Guesstimate) If i say i need a 10x15. That is what I want. Not based on your heel to toe action. And then advertise 1st month free. Make you buy a lock that doesnt work anywhere else. Lock $20. When you are unable to utilize their facility based on the lie that they told, they dont refund you the money for the useless lock. Appalled at how they as a whole operate. Dont want to select a star but it makes you. Leave it up to me. 5 negative star ZERO! I called corate for my refund they offered me 73 cents and thats not just for the lock made me purchase there renters insurance. When I could have used my own. read more

Cryssi is the reason why we have a new storage unit here! We came here just interested in getting a storage unit to store some of our business supplies and with her customer service, there was no way we could leave without one! Haha. She was very helpful, extremely friendly and answered all questions willingly. She showed us not only the storage unit we reserved, but other options incase we preferred them instead, which we did end up picking a different one out! Honestly, because of the bad reputation of this city, we weren't 100% sure if we wanted to store our stuff here, but Cryssi showed us how much they really do try to protect our stuff. The place is gated where you have to enter your code to come in. Your actual storage unit has an interior lock, and they have 5 cameras watching different angles. Already better than other storage units! Long story short, shehe made us feel very welcome here and I'm more than happy we found a place to store all our stuff know so our place isn't so crowded! :) Things to consider: This storage unit closes early at 6, and weekends at 5pm which is a lot earlier than others It's WAY cheaper than pretty much any other Public Storage in the valley read more

I don't know if you are as annoyed about the cost for storage units in Los Angeles as I am, BUT if you are I'm going to let you in on an insider "trick" I just learned. Storage units - even within the very same company - are priced based on average income in the area the storage facility is located (then again, maybe I was the only one who didn't know that lol). Anyway, google to see where the lower income areas around you are and you'll be in for some MAJOR savings. I personally had my storage at the Public Storage in Pacoima for a while. Ask for Cryssi when you call them. She is a true "Storage Goddess" and knows everything there is to know about saving money with your storage unit. I can't say enough good things about Cryssi and the Pacoima Public Storage location. If I need storage again, I'm set, because I have Cryssi on speed dial. read more

We had gone in to get a few boxes for moving, and the associate who worked with us, Jossef, was very quick, helpful, and courteous in helping us get the best deal. Later, when we decided to come back in to exchange some of our Medium boxes with Smaller boxes, the same associate was there and helped us just as quickly and courteously as she last had. This is definitely one of the best Public Storage locations to go to, especially because of their friendly and efficient service. It's a shame we'll be leaving this place for a new one, but we're glad we didn't have any hassles with the packing process. read more

This is the first Public Storage I've had that I really like. The location is great especially since it's by the Costco over there, and the workers are really attentive. I had an incident where they had written in the contract that my second month rent was going to be more than I was quoted. When I walked back in that day, and spoke to the worker Amber she and another worker had already called and texted the manager of the property with a issue. I was impressed with how they caught that and how they changed it without me having to constantly call and bug. I think their attentiveness is what has me sold to this location. They know what their doing and it shows. I haven't had any issues with this location, or its workers. They do a great job, and I'm glad to have this location as a place I'm using. read more

I dont usually write reviews but when I do my expectations were exceeded. Moving is probably one of the most stressful things you'll ever have to deal with especially when you live by yourself and you dont have bodies around to help you. So that being said, I hired a moving company that will be doing all the carrying for me. (Not that I could carry anything heavy since Im a small person) Now I'll be moving up north and venture out, but I have a 2 bedroom apartment with me that I cant bring with me, so to the storage they go. I have been doing my research endlessly this past 2 weeks and god only knows how stressful I have been. Until today when I finalized where my stuff would be chilling until I get back to them. Enough about me and let's carry on about how great the customer service was. I walked in just planning to check out the place and I walked out smiling with keys in my hand. Cryssi greeted me with a smile and asked me detail by detail what were handling. If it werent for her I wouldve forgotten that I have mattreses to store too (Like I said Ive been so stressed nowadays I cant even think straight.) Cryssi was very informative. She answered all my questions and walked me though all the paperwork. She took her time and made sure I understand everything thoroughly. Before I headed to this storage I was actually checking out another nearby, the lady that helped me didn't even come close to half with how great Cryssi's customer service was.
