The property and staff were great. The unit and facility were clean and i think the unit may have…read moreeven been a bit taller than average. My main gripe is with the pricing. It was fully disclosed that rates would adjust based on market capacity, though it's funny that they will only adjust upwards, never down. I find this kind of pricing and business model to be predatory. I had a 10x10 unit, here's what you can expect as a long term renter: Month's 1-4: $186 Months 5-13: $286 Months 14-18: $386 I moved out of my unit after 18 months. I would potentially use Extra Space again for short term rentals, but definitely not long-term.

Do not rent here. Do not rent here. There is escalating rent for literally no reason, and I was…read moremisinformed by one of their employees stating that I was going to be able to pay my rent and gain access to my unit. This is now the third review i've written about this place. Do not rent here. I cannot warn you enough. This place has raised the rent to over 300% of what I was initially paying, and has now informed me, after being late on the rent, one month, that even after paying my rent, That they have sold all my stuff at auction. I don't know how it's legal for them to continue to raise the rent at this high of a rate, I have been here for a little over a year and I'm now paying 350% of what I normally paid to start. This has been the worst experience of my life, and I had lost quite a few items that were very important to me. The rate at which they have raised the rent is similar to a loan shark. Do not rent here, you will end up overpaying and it will become difficult to continue to pay the rent each month. This place is a scam. I really hope that one day, lawmakers look into how grossly malicious this business model is. I wish that I could give them zero stars.
