The facility is easy to access and clean. Getting moved in was very easy, and on my first day was shown all the different access points and even told what would be likely be most convenient for my locker location. This is my first time renting a storage facility and the staff has been very helpful and kind with the questions I've had. We rented a space for our pop up camper. On the 31st of October. I talked to a young lady behind the counter to let them know we would be taking the camper home the next day, the 1st. She told me to speak with "Mini" the next day. On Monday Mini was not available. I called on Tuesday to let her know we removed the camper on the 1st. A week later I noticed I was being billed for the space. I called again. Mini said she would take care of it. Today, the 23rd of Nov., I noticed I was still being billed. Mini then told me we were responsible for the whole month because we didn't remove to camper by the 31st. I was shocked! I asked her why the young lady didn't tell me this, as we could have easily removed it. Mini then told me I was responsible for the whole month, then hung up on me. Left 4 voicemails and have called over 6x. Apparently I had made 2 full reservations already and the staff when calling about it was rude as hell when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Gloating how they are not held accountable for their words. This company is a scam. Real estate investment owned. Ran by automated call outsourced centers to squeeze every dollar out of displaced Americans..Investors receive 90 % of profits to inconvenience you. And then have ai generate 5 star reviews. There's noone in the office. You have to jump through hoops to contact anyone. Don't buy their locks. The locks are faulty and when broken they want u to pay for your own locksmith. I paid $120. Also they raise the price constantly on your unit. Mine started at $50 and went up to $114 . read more

No one works there. You do all of your own work, entirely, in getting your storage unit. No flatbeds are provided foe helping unload and bring in items. I am not exaggerating when I say no one works there. No one is there at any time in the office, but instructions say you should go to office No one ever returns a call. read more

I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed up. Customer service was not able to find anyone in the area to come meet with me. I have seen other reviews compaining about conditions of climate controlled buildings, no one ever in the office, access issues, cleaniness, etc. My costs have increased 5 times in the last 2 years and the service has gone down exponentially. BEWARE!!! This place needs to be shut down. By far the most disgusting storage I've been to in town- trash everywhere, gates wide open, zero customer service. DO NOT sign up for a unit online- you'll never get one. No staff on site, no one answers the phone or returns messages yet they still charged me and sent me to collections for a unit never received. STILL have yet to talk with a manager. I spoke with the 1-800 customer service numerous times, no call back from the property. Stay far away from this Public Storage location near 72nd and Dodge. They overcharge for the amount of things wrong with this place. I pay $190 for a 10x20 unit. They claim to be "climate controlled" but it's freezing in the winter and I was informed that it gets hot in the summers. The concrete everywhere is cracking and has knocked my cart, with my items on it, over several times. There is rarely a person in the office and the calls are never really answered. The lights don't stay on unless you are in the hallways (It is a terrifying feeling when you are in the back of a 20 ft storage room filled with valuable items..). Also, maybe like 1/5 of the doors actually close. There IS a bathroom but it stays locked. The key is in the office with nobody ever in there. There is very limited parking and just to top it off, they offer NO trash disposal service. TERRIBLE. This place is a sorry excuse of a storage facility and they have no business charging the prices they do! I had a unit here and a unit on 132nd and Maple and I am moving out of this unit to 132nd. 132nd offers trash disposal, REAL climate control, parking, straight concrete, closed doors, AND their units are more affordable. read more

If I didn't have to move the way I did, I would have went to another professional storage in the area. so unprofessional, girls locked the door and ran to the car like I couldn't see them and stated that i would have to wait until after they break. let's just say break was over before it started. that cigarette wasn't that important not to help customers. we come first!!!! no flat bed, never there I was suppose to get a bigger storage unit they gave me a small ass unit that is costing me almost $200 dollars. It's ok clean place but hours are insane closes at 9 pm .if you work a 9to 5 by the time you get home eat with fam there no time to get in and out by 9 .they aren't nice about it either if you leave after 9 .they are on the higher end on prices to .you don't get a good bang for your buck here .with that said the women at the desk was very nice and helpful. read more

I needed a storage place for my vehicle while working out of town. They offered a low monthly rate, I set everything up online in less than 15 minutes, and even was able to rent a spot on Memorial Day when most places are closed. So far I am happy with my experience. Automatic payments online are something that is a must for me, and they offer this as well! Overall the app is easy to navigate and allows you to add or remove authorized people for your space. It also shows details of when your passcode was used, and gives you Bluetooth access to the security gates! Very simple! The only thing I was nervous about was whether I was in the right spot or not. The app doesn't have an exact map of the facility, and the space did not exactly match what the spot said. read more

The local staff is friendly. But since Public storage took over this location, our bill has been incorrect. The chat on web will not help, they refer you to the local manager. However, they are not staffed adequately for the volume. I was assured my bill would be corrected, but two months later I am still working to get it fixed. Public Storage automatically added insurance, which we did not order and they are not getting it credited. read more
