They also were smart with suggestions for best placement based on function, e.g., rotating the sectional so it could fit and identifying where the powered recliners would get most use, etc. I took away one star because I didn't appreciate having to pay for their round trip travel and gas when I already was paying for a multi-hour move job, and the fact they had individual crew members leave early with no advance notice to me.

Had a dresser that totally collapsed, another dresser that two of the legs were broke, and worst of all the wooden sideboard to our bed was all gouged and scraped. Where I knock them down is my moving window ended at 2pm. At 215 I head heard nothing and I could not get ahold of anyone at the office (it was a Sunday). At 245 I had assumed they were no shows so I started moving things on my own. Around 315 I got a call they were on their way. A move earlier in the day delayed them and I respect this is a hard job but I would have liked communication of the delay.

What should have been a simple move from a small apartment (less than 1000 sq ft) turned into a frustrating, exhausting nightmare. First off, it took them over 4 hours just to load and unload, which is absolutely ridiculous given the size of my place. Then, when we arrived at the drop-off location, they left almost everything in the garage instead of bringing it inside like a professional moving company is supposed to do. It felt rushed and careless. Worse than that, one of the employees was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable during the move. The way he acted was completely out of line and unacceptable. It was not only unprofessional--it made an already stressful day much worse. I contacted the company afterward to express my concerns, and to my shock, they didn't seem to care at all. No apology, no solution, no attempt to make things right. Just total indifference. Save yourself the trouble--this company is unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I would never recommend them to anyone.
