Utilized their service for furniture removal in a portion of our house during renovations. The outgoing process did not go as smoothly as hoped. After sharing concerns, the boss himself was there upon return and things went much more smoothly. The company even addressed a minor repair while the furniture was in storage so that upon return there were no issues.
