If I could give J & J Moving more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!…read more These two young men have just started their business, and they are some of the hardest-working, most respectful, and trustworthy people I've had the pleasure of hiring. They are incredibly fast, efficient, careful with your belongings, and they truly go above and beyond. To put it into perspective, they completely emptied my basement--including safely moving a 789-pound safe--loaded everything, drove it to the new location, and unloaded it all in less than three hours. I was absolutely amazed. What impressed me even more was their attitude. They were professional, polite, dependable, and eager to help. No job seems too big or too small for them. Whether you need help moving, unloading a truck, hauling away old furniture, cleaning up storm debris, or tackling those jobs you've been putting off, they're ready to jump in and get it done. It's rare to find young entrepreneurs with this kind of work ethic and integrity. I have no doubt their business is going to grow because they genuinely care about doing an outstanding job. Please support this local business--you will not be disappointed. I will absolutely be calling JJ Moving again and recommending them to everyone I know!

I see this is the first review on this site, I suspect it will go in one ear and out the other…read more Nevertheless it was the most miserable experience I have ever had at the scrapyard. I had a small amount of aluminum a small amount of brass and the forklift operator told me to put it in a large bin which I did. Then when I went inside they refused to weigh it separately and try to make me take it out outside and put me in the back of the line again. I refuse to do that and went to the front office at which time they contacted a manager named Zac. He walked up to me and said" are you the guy that had the issue with the aluminum and brass,"-"(yes)- " it's probably best that you take your metal somewhere else from now on since you yelled at my guys and made a mess." I responded to him and said" you have no idea what you were talking about I did not yell at anyone or make any mess, and you are going to regret the way you spoke to me this morning." I went into the office to cash the ticket I had for my aluminum cans from earlier and advised the staff they will be getting a code compliance inspection as well as an OSHA inspection. I would discourage anyone from giving that business any of your time or money no matter how desperate you are. To treat a customer the way they treated me they will be out of business soon anyways.
