Jim showed up and was not able to give me a price when I tried to confirm it was the $160 we agreed upon. He said he would not know until he got to the bottom of the pile. He and his wife made an absolute meal of taking their time breaking down my junk and boxes, moving items that were already in his truck to Tetris the junk into on big load on the truck. Price came out to be a few bucks over what it would have cost me to just have a dumpster dropped off for my items and I could have let a few of my neighbors use it as well. Was not satisfied, price jumped way up and I hustled to meet their timeframe when I could have just moved it all to a dumpster, taken my time, saved some money and helped my neighbors out by letting them also get in on using the dumpster.

So after they were done they show me a $79 dollar charge for that plus they had nerve to shove the tip request in my face more than once, so we had words and I was not about to pay $79 dollars , then the light skinned one started talking Bs , trying to tell me that promotion was over, he contradicted himself more than once, so he took 15 dollars off, then I had to remind him I was not his employer and I was not tipping for the small amount of work they did, and told them that job was only a step job, if they want to make $30 an hour , go back to school and learn a trade that drunk monkey couldn't do . . That sobered them up and they left . . I would notcrefer anyone to these 2 ripoff ever. . .

IE- 1/4 of the truck, 1/8 of the truck etc. They claimed my load took up 1/4 of the truck for a cost of over $300. THEN, they forgot to take the table extension and it took me an additional 2 days and 5 phone calls to get the item picked up. Their prices are absolutely ridiculously high and the customer service is seriously lacking. Other similar services are available in the area that I will be using in the future.
