Where I knock them down is my moving window ended at 2pm. At 215 I head heard nothing and I could not get ahold of anyone at the office (it was a Sunday). At 245 I had assumed they were no shows so I started moving things on my own. Around 315 I got a call they were on their way. A move earlier in the day delayed them and I respect this is a hard job but I would have liked communication of the delay.

What should have been a simple move from a small apartment (less than 1000 sq ft) turned into a frustrating, exhausting nightmare. First off, it took them over 4 hours just to load and unload, which is absolutely ridiculous given the size of my place. Then, when we arrived at the drop-off location, they left almost everything in the garage instead of bringing it inside like a professional moving company is supposed to do. It felt rushed and careless. Worse than that, one of the employees was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable during the move. The way he acted was completely out of line and unacceptable. It was not only unprofessional--it made an already stressful day much worse. I contacted the company afterward to express my concerns, and to my shock, they didn't seem to care at all. No apology, no solution, no attempt to make things right. Just total indifference. Save yourself the trouble--this company is unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I had an issue with timing & wrote the management about things & they got back to me promptly to handle my issue. That kind of thing shows that they care about the customer and it's not something you see in every moving service. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Two-Men & a Truck... I'd hire them again and I'd recommend their service to anyone looking to hire a good moving company in the Omaha area.

I was very disappointed by the service I received during my move. Two of the three members of the…read moremoving crew did a good job, a third was less motivated and left boxes in random rooms despite being clearly labeled. I had more miscellaneous scratches than expected on wooden floors and dinged the paint. But I would not have left a bad review based on that. When the crew arrived, they told me that they didn't have enough time to do my move because they had a seven hour move scheduled afterwards. I told them that I had described the situation to the estimator, saying that I could tell them the big items but simply had no idea how many boxes I would have. She suggested a number and gave me an hourly rate which I found acceptable, assuming that they would stay until the work was done at that hourly rate. Instead, I got 2/3 of my house moved. Some of that was my fault because I could've been more accurate if I had been finished packing when I made the appointment, but based on the shear number of rooms and large items I described the estimator could've done a much better job, or told me to call back as the moving day got closer so that I could update the estimate to assure enough time. Even if that, I would've gone back to the devil I knew too to finish the move. There were a few things that needed to be corrected from the move the prior weekend that I assumed they would do when they came back out, but when I called the next week to schedule the second move, the estimator he told me that he would charge for it in my current move despite the fact that it was work was left undone from the previous move. When I noted this, he said that they would've sent a crew out at no charge but they couldn't do it for free when they were sending new crew out. That was the final straw and I decided to use a different company.

At 1240 I sent a text that they were over 1.5 hours late with no contact At 2:11 I asked for a refund as we still had not contact and wouldn't need them any longer There were several attempts at calling as well, at approx 3pm I received a call from them that there was a problem with their last move and "the police had his phone" and he promised to refund 3/5 4:40pm asked why I hadn't seen the refund yet 3/6 9:30 PM asked why I hadn't seen the refund yet 3/7 They replied that they were in North Dakota and would refund that afternoon 3/8 requested the refund again Yesterday asked again and still no refund, and no communication. July 3, 2023 still no response and no refund. Just stole money and no regard for their customers.

I reserved 2 guys for 2 hours to help load my belongings into a trailer....only 1 guy showed up…read morealmost 45 minutes late. He was trying to do all the work himself and ended up ruining my couch. He would've damaged many of my other belongings if my dad and I did not step in to help. Since my dad and I did majority of the work, and the other help didn't show up, the owner offered to refund me the full amount I paid. After many calls and texts, I have not received my refund. I unfortunately have to submit a charge back through my credit card company. Very unprofessional, poor communication, and does not care about their customers belongings. I would go with any other moving company in the area.

In response to the company's reply, several statements are simply false…read more The move was scheduled for late May because I was explicitly told by Julie that it would be cheaper if I moved before the busier summer months. I was told that even waiting a few more days would increase the cost. Holiday pricing was never framed as a premium issue to justify subpar staffing or service. I also never rescheduled the packing at the last minute, nor did I delay the crew because my home "was not ready." I did not need extra time to clean, and I did not prevent the crew from working efficiently. I have no idea where this claim is coming from, and it is not accurate. More importantly, none of the core issues raised in my review were meaningfully addressed: the decision to send one person to pack a three-bedroom, two-bath home; the lack of oversight; the dismissive and condescending communication; and the clear conflict of interest in supervision (the "supervisor" being the manager's wife). Those were management choices, not client-caused problems. I did not file a formal claim for every broken or missing item because I had already spent an extraordinary amount of time dealing with this company during an extremely stressful move and home sale. Choosing not to prolong that experience does not invalidate the condition in which my belongings were packed and delivered. Finally, the response itself is telling. The company was fully aware that my belongings were being delivered directly into storage--where liability is conveniently limited--and the packing quality reflected that reality. Poor labeling, careless packing, and insufficient protection of fragile and valuable items were evident immediately upon unpacking. I stand by my review. The attempt to rewrite what happened only reinforces my experience. Do not use this company.

Moving is about piece of mind, on time departure and arrival. Not a single item broken in a move from Omaha to Savannah. GA. The driver was truly wonderful, we knew exactly when to expect him. I recommend this company without reservation. They even gave us free boxes.

So when it came to our move in October 2025 we stayed with them. First of all, when we called for a quote to move to our new house, we specifically said that we needed several large items disassembled at our old home and assemble at our new home. They confirmed that could do the job. My husband also sent pictures of our large furniture items so they could visually see the items we had. They "disassembled" our air hockey table incorrectly as they did not take out the bolts. One leg on the air table was broken when we went to set it up. Secondly, they did not have the proper tools to disassemble our treadmill. So they did not take our treadmill from the house. One of the gentleman said to my husband "I wish I would have brought my own tools." When they completed the move, the mover asked to use my husband's phone to close it out as it would be quicker. He immediately hit 5 stars and handed the phone back to my husband. I had to call back to ask if they were going to come back to help us with the treadmill and if they now had the tool. I was then asked to buy the tool. One would think they would have the proper tools to complete the task. They did rectify the issue after I had to call them several times to come to the house and take the treadmill to our new home. We were told they don't work on some treadmills. During the estimating process, we sent pictures of the treadmill and the manual and was told it would be no problem. When we called about the air hockey table we were first told by Justin it was broken particle board so not covered. We sent pictures of the bolts that were not disassembled. Justin then changed his story to they only disassemble items so they're able to be moved safely. I asked how the parts were moved safely if they broke the leg. At that point Justin repeatedly began speaking over my husband and myself. I then complained that the mover set his own review at five stars. He stated we can go back and change it (implying that is their standard practice). We stated we would be changing our review and contacting the Better Business Bureau. Justin stated that sounded like extortion. To me, it sounds like someone almost learned a new word. It's not extortion to provide honest reviews and report failure to comply with the moving contract to the relevant consumer groups. We will never use their services again. I hope this review has anyone considering using this company to think twice. *please note the saying-the customer is always right (especially when the company ruined our air hockey table) does not apply to these folks! I think their staff is learning from their manager Justin and owner Ashley. Their staff should NOT "here let me help it will be quicker" and press the 5 stars on their tablet for their review after their job was finished. Justin told me that if "the stars were is wrong" then I needed to go into Google and change our starts that were chosen for us! LAUGHABLE
