Excel moving hauling was great! My parents have used getter done 3 times for their moves. We continue to be impressed and amazed at how courteous, efficient and careful the guys are!! We also recommended them to a friend that moved to Lincoln and they were amazing. It's the extra attention and genuine care that they have for your "stuff" and they actually followed up to help remove boxes and make sure everything was ok that really sets them apart! We can't say enough about these guys!! You won't be sorry and will be blown away!!!We have moved 8 times in 9 years so I speak from a lot of experience, this was by far the best service we've ever had. The two movers showed up on time, cleared out our 24 foot truck quickly and efficiently and nothing was damaged at all! (Every other move resulted in at least one broken belonging.) We were very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy and found their prices more than fair. We hired them again yesterday to put together a pool table for us and move around some heavy furniture we changed our minds about the location of. Again they were on time, got the job done in no time and were very polite. We whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a couple of pros to get the job done who also happen to be nice guys. I was excited to learn they do odd jobs too as I'm sure we'll be needing more help in the future as we bought a fixer-upper! Update: This was a big move for us. Downsizing and moving 500 miles out of state after 9 years in the same house. Thinh and his crew, Warren, and Shane treated our goods as if they were their own, taking great care to see that we were comfortable with the whole process. They moved us in two U-Haul trucks since it was long haul. Everything went seamlessly, from loading at the home we sold to unloading at the new house. They arrived at the appointed times and worked tirelessly until done. Friendly and professional. And, their fee was less than the big name companies, who generally load more than one family onto a truck and thus can't necessarily deliver directly as Excel did. Highly recommend this company. Amazing movers, we moved also our office and they were very professional. These young men are polite, kind and hard workers, not only did they move us from our old office to the new building, but they had to come to my home and make another stop to pick up some miscellaneous items. The movers were professional and excellent at what they do. That was the smoothest move we've ever had. The movers were early. No issues. Nothing broken. Very very professional and polite. We highly recommend. Great company - professional and well done. Riza, thinh wilfird did an amazing job. Very polite and did not waste any time. Remembered where/what our boxes were and got our move done in less than 3 hours despite the fact that we had TONS of boxes (15 minute drive in there too). First use: I had a heavy worn out love seat I needed removed quickly from an old apartment in Omaha. Most junk removal companies stated they didn't have time for such a small job or would charge a crazy minimum fee. Excel Moving Hauling Omaha were great! They responded quickly and came out the next day at 8am to take the sofa. I had the pleasure of meeting Riza and Thinh, both extremely polite and courteous. They were in and out in 10 minutes. Will definitely call these guys again! Second use: I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Friendly Staffs Quick services: getting information and removal process Reasonable prices I've had a detached water heater sitting in my basement for years and finally decided to get rid of it. I emailed Excel for quotes and Riza replied to me within a few hours. We emailed back and forth a few times since I wanted to add on 2 ancient TV/computer monitors and 2 printers. After she gave me a quote, she even provided ways for me to get extra discounts on the service (not that the original price was expensive)! Perhaps I was lucky, but when I finalized everything, they were available to pick up my stuff on the same day. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to personal problems and Riza happily scheduled me for another time the following day. The staff called me 30 minutes before arrival and I also received a confirmation email that they will arrive in 30 minutes. Two staffs showed up within the expected time frame and finished the job within 10-15 minutes (it was a struggle to bring the heater out of my basement). They were both very friendly, greeting us and chatting with us. One of them clearly explained the pricing and any discounts before taking away my stuff. Shout out to their friendliness and hard work considering that it was 110F degrees and they looked exhausted since my house was their last stop for the day. I have been looking for someone to help me get rid of a piece of ruined furniture for about a week or two now. Someone on facebook suggested a couple companies for me to check out and get quotes from. One of those companies was Excel Moving & Hauling in Omaha. I went to their webpage to request an estimate for the removal of a couch from my basement. There website was user friendly and very easy to navigate. Within 10 minutes I had received a reply from them in my email and was followed up soon after by a phone call to hash out the details of what was I looking for to help get a better picture of what I was wanting done so they could give me an exact cost. In under an hour I had a pickup time and price set up. They were quick with their responses and very accommodating. Needless to say, their customer service is impeccable. They were very friendly and helpful. Their prices were extremely reasonable and their ability to come out and get the piece of furniture within a day was such a quick, unexpected and awesome response. I was in a tough spot as I needed the couch gone ASAP (thanks to a cat who decided to pee all over it). I have no vehicle capable of transporting it in and am totally not strong enough to move it on my own. This company was a life saver! I had a three piece sectional couch that was infested with bedbugs that I wanted to get professionally hauled away so as not to risk contaminating the hallways of my apartment building. After a google search for companies to help, Excel was the first to come up, so I thought I would try to contact them for a quote. The response was incredibly prompt, friendly, and I was quoted for a much lower price than I ever anticipated. I was able to set up an appointment on very short notice, and am currently waiting for them to arrive. I will update my review with more information and pictures after they've finished, but so far I'm very pleased with how they operate their business. Update: The service was great. I was given a two hour window for when they would show up, and they delivered on their promise, and even called to let me know when they were on their way. Removal of the couch was quick and professional. There's not much more to say besides that I highly recommend them if you need anything moved, removed, or cleaned. One final note: I believe that payment is cash or check only. This could count as a negative for some people. I didn't think to ask about billing because I just filled out a check, but it's good to ask questions like that up front, which is something I forgot to do, but I won't knock off a star for it since I can't be positive either way. read more

When we were assisting my brother move into a property she bought(very nasty house), we called Excel Moving & Hauling to help with some junk inside the property & backyard (that was really overwhelming). Their number was passed on to us by a family member and we were so happy we called them! They were very punctual, kind, courteous, and friendly! It made the move-in so much easier with peace of mind knowing that the junk was out quickly and disposed of properly. We needed help with donating a lot of furniture, tools, etc. that we couldn't sell or give to friends/family/neighbors. I texted the 402.216-4022 on a Sunday morning with no expectation of a response until Monday morning. Not only did I receive a response within an hour, but a crew could haul my 20 year, 200+ pound tv away ON A SUNDAY! I was impressed with the company from the start. In the past, I have hauled my old, heavy electronics to businesses for disposal. I needed some furniture removed that I was replacing. I googled and found Excel Omaha for moving and removal. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Riza, very professional. He helped set an appointment that would work for my needs. We discussed and set a price that was very reasonable. The night before, I received a courtesy call as a reminder of the time we set and another in the morning about 15-20 minutes before their arrival. Riza and the young man with him were both very pleasant and worked quickly. Despite having to move a very large sofa, they had that and the rest of the pieces out and loaded in just about 10 minutes. I was so impressed by their work and their ability to go above and beyond to help assemble items after moving them, that I recommended them to my mom when she moved this past weekend. My elderly Mother lives in Omaha, in a Senior Citizen apartment. I live in Georgia. Her older upright freezer recently quit working. Repair was not an option. I needed to help arrange for the removal of the freezer from her apartment. I looked at several options online and spoke with a few. This service gave a great price quote and they would be able to get the freezer in the right time frame. They said they would call a day ahead of time to arrange the specific time of pick-up. They did! And they called 30 minutes ahead of their arrival to let us know they were on the way. They arrived on time. They smoothly picked up the freezer and took it down a 50 yard hallway to reach the elevator to go to the exit. No problems. Riza was the lead man. He and his helper wore nice clean green shirts and left the apartment and hallways with no damage while hauling the freezer. All in all, it was great service. read more
