I have had packages that they sat on for a month because they never put a notice in my box to alert me that I hadone behind the counter and have had packages that tracking shows they were delivered but owner could never find and all he would do is shrug his shoulders and say "I don't know." Never an apology or anything. Have always paid for 6 months at a time for box rental and suddenly this last time with no warning it was increased to a full year. Unlikely that I will renew when the time comes and I have been renting a box here for nearly 30 years.

They also were smart with suggestions for best placement based on function, e.g., rotating the sectional so it could fit and identifying where the powered recliners would get most use, etc. I took away one star because I didn't appreciate having to pay for their round trip travel and gas when I already was paying for a multi-hour move job, and the fact they had individual crew members leave early with no advance notice to me.

Getting in touch with the team was a challenge, as the people you call are the same people working. So, expect to get voicemail and returned calls late. We had enough time, so delays were not a problem. Packing was efficient and effective. They worked quickly, had everything they needed, and nothing was missing or broken. Loading and unloading involved seasoned workers who knew what they were doing. They loaded and unloaded the same day, which was tough for the size of our house. They misjudged what their trucks could hold and brought a third. No damage to either house or to our things, which is rare. Also, the team was trustworthy. They did not take anything for themselves. The cost estimate was significantly off. The move cost twice what we expected. We did ask them to pack more than we told them at the quote. But, the sticker-shock was palpable. It cost several thousand more than quoted. But, they didn't damage anything as we moved from one 100 yr old house to another. 3.75 stars. Degrades due to cost.
