Been a customer for years had two LARGE units and gave my move out moved out after my husband passed away, and was charged $247.xx , either if my units was this much. I spoke to corporate and they agreed they owed me even more money it's now a charge and NO ONE has credited my money back it's been 12 days and I DONT OWE THEM ANYTHING! its messing everything up ! They refuse to just reverse the charge I have spoke to the manager she agrees corporate owes me the money and they did as well to her but still no money? after paying over $ 400.00 for years this is how they treat a good customer Amazing 5 min after I write this review they credit $220.xx but charged me 247.xx how does that work ? I'm not asking for a credit I'm only asking for my money back they took for NO REASON! i sent my actual charges on my account off my bank statement again I don't understand why they can just refund the amount Owed from their mistake! read more

Nice facility. Always clean and climate controlled. Downside is 3 rate increases in 2 years. My little space is nearing $100 per mo. One more rate increase and I'll be looking for a new provider. read more

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! This company is horrible! None of them know what the hell they are talking about! I was only in there for 3 months and they cycled through 3 managers in that short time! None of them knew what they were doing and screwed up my billing! They're method of payment is trash and doesn't work then you get charged a late fee! Oh and not to mention that "free moving truck" they make you jump through hoops just to use it!! This is an amazing storage unit facility! I'm so glad that we don't have to worry about our stuff being ruined by weather, bugs or other people. We have had cheap storage units before and it got broken into. It was a nightmare and we never got those precious items back. Needless to say we learned our lesson. We got a storage here because it is temperature controlled and you need a personalized entry code to get in. They take care to make sure there are no bugs in the building and in my opinion they charge a very reasonable fee. I would very highly recommend this place! The owner is also incredibly nice and helpful. I've had no issues at all and I'm very happy with my choice to do business with them. read more

I've been with this company since early 2009. I would never rent from them they have to many hidden fees that they can come with even after paying 1 year in advance. I found out that they had raised the prices up during (the year) that already paid in full I thought contact. (1 year) I never received an invoice stating what the actual price was. I was told today that invoices cost additional $1 per month more, if I've already paid in full how are you know this. I go to the unit I see a lock so I can't get in. I can't even pay the humans I have to go on line to do that. This is actually how they don't want repeat customers. I left messages with Ashley with no return calls. I even sent an e-mail to them UNDER reply, so telling me you didn't receive the e-mail is not true. Beware of this company, they will do everything possible to make extra's. Please read. So a little more than a month ago, my sister and I rented a storage unit at Dino storage. They offer four hours for their complimentary moving truck and my sister scheduled a time about two weeks in advance. The day we go to pick it up, we're told they lost our reservation and only let us use it for 1 1/2 hours. We were allowed to have it until 4:30 t-5 ish. My father left at 4:30 from downtown, to return it to Dino storage on 144th and Maple and my sister notified the worker there he was on his way. We then get a call in which the COMPANY'S PRESIDENT THREATENS TO CALL THE COPS AND REPORT A STOLEN VEHICLE if the truck is not there in fifteen minutes. I explained to her he should be there any minute but we were stuck in bumper to bumper traffic. She then proceeds to say, and I kid you not, " I DON'T CARE IF HE HAS TO SPEED TO GET HERE IN FIFTEEN MINUTES HE NEEDS TO BE HERE... I DON'T CARE IF HE HAS TO SPEED AND GET PULLED OVER BY THE POLICE AND GUNNED DOWN, HE NEEDS TO BE HERE OR IM CALLING THE COPS..." Ironically, that day the location's sign had a quote about patience being important. I was appalled that an individual who is suppose to be a company president would threaten anything instead of handling it more professional. I was disgusted and offended that she turned an issue that has been the source nationwide movement and a controversial topic into a threat. We cancelled our unit immediately. I emailed the company founder to inform him of his president's behavior simply asking for a formal apology. Over a month has passed, he has not replied. Dino Storage will never receive my business nor my full respect. I hope they never treat a customer like this ever again. read more

Dinos has been nothing but a nightmare to work with. After not maintaining the roof on their property on 50th and center it caved in and leaked rusty water all over my belongings. I threw away almost $2000 in belongings because of this but that wasn't even the worst part. The worst part of the whole ordeal was I had to deal with their rude "claims agent" I swear this lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Its like she just picked up the phone and had no idea what she was doing. She told me for 2 months that she was new and had no clue what she was doing (it doesn't take 2 months to train) she lost my paperwork, numerous times she would tell me oh do it this way and then I did what she asked and she'd say I'm sorry I was wrong my boss said we have to do it a different way. Just completely wasting my time. So I reached out to headquarters who wouldn't even give me the courtesy of a phone call they would only chat with me VIA Facebook. I'm telling you Dino's storage is the worst company I've ever had to deal with however their insurance adjuster made it that much worse. Oh btw I ended getting compensated for not even half of my damages, it took 3 months to do a claim and I was offer free moving boxes for my inconvenience oh joy mind you I cane down at 8 am on a Monday to move my belongings from one unit to another which was no choice of mine. I would love to have had a good experience with this location. I entered an online request for info with no response. A few days later, I entered a online request for Elkhorn's location. No response. I called into the phone number listed on Google listings, and got a chance to speak to a very unpleasant woman who was too busy repeatedly telling me that my requests must have gone to Spam to hear my request for a personal phone call from the Elkhorn facility. When she finally took my phone number, she said that someone from Elkhorn's facility would call me within a few minutes. No call. Good customer service is important to me. It may be cliche but you truly can hear a smile through the phone lines. The personal answering your phones should work on this. read more

Horrible horrible horrible service. My truck parked in the storage and I need to get access in a Saturday. The passcode failed And the gate won't open!!! My people waited to use the truck. Their phone number has no one to answer. Totally ruined my plan. Won't use it anymore. They do not have even one guy to assist you. read more

Ask to change the name on the lease so I could drive the truck as I have been paying the rental fee and they refused! Matt refused to help and only have me options to pay more and sign a new lease! Curt could not have been more helpful when I rented this storage unit. He gave the perfect unit to store my home while our new home was built. The units are clean and climate controlled. I never had to worry about any insect or rodent issues. Closing my unit was as easy as calling Curt and letting him know we were moving out. Access is easy 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I leased a unit in February 24th. I paid through the end of the month. I was told and read on my lease before signing that I have until the 5th before I'm considered late. I move across the country on Wednesday, March 4th, so I've had limited days to move my belongings into the storage unit. I return on Saturday, February 29th and I'm locked out of my unit, which means I've already incurred a fee. I called every phone number imaginable to try to reach someone since it is a Saturday and the office had closed less than an hour prior. No answer from any of them. I ended up having to move every thing to another storage facility because I no longer have any other day I can move my belongings and no one was made available to help. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service. Staff was untrained and couldn't answer any of my questions about my lease during my appointment, and most of all, my lease conditions were violated by the company, causing me to involuntarily incur a fee and be unable to use the unit all together. I later told a friend if my about this experience and she shared a similar story from her past experience as a customer. DO NOT RENT FROM DINOS STORAGE. read more

The staff here is incredibly helpful and the facility is clean, well-lit and easy to get in/out of.
