DOUBLED THE RENT IN 3 MONTHS!!! I've had my unit for three months, and they've raised the rates each month and are now adding additional fees. They are now charging double the agreed-upon rate from three years ago. The building and unit are in very poor condition, and the security for the units is lacking. I rented a storage unit for just a short transition period between homes. It was easy to reserve a space online, go in and sign some paperwork and get busy packing the unit. The manager Frank is very helpful and was easy to work with. He has a good sense of humor too which always helps imo. I told Frank I'd be leaving just after the beginning of the month so he helped me out with a discount so I didn't have to pay the entire months rent for three days. Very very helpful for my budget! Checking out was super easy, take my stuff, leave the unit clean and open and voila! Good experience all around! read more

We did business with Storage Mart for over seven months, and from the very beginning we received exceptional service from the Manager, Frank. When we needed a larger unit, Frank did his best to immediately accommodate us. I would even call every month and have him charge my credit card on file rather than do it myself online - and he was always prompt and professional. Because Frank lives on the premises, we've never had to worry about the office being unattended. He is always willing to answer questions even during store off hours. I rented a StorageMart unit for less than a month as I was in transition from taking a job transfer out of state. I worked with a company in Kansas that pro-rated my monthly fee upon renting & refunded me when I left mid month. StorageMart pro-rated my entrance but would not refund me on my exit. This was something that I did not catch in the "fine print" when selecting this storage unit company. If you do not plan on being a long term renter you might want to consider another company in the area. read more

We leased a 10'x15' storage unit for 15 months. All are items were in great condition (how we left them) when we cleared out the unit. Tom (new facility manager) is very helpful and personable. He helped answer all my questions and provided all the info and forms I needed prior to clearing out the unit. You can rest assure your personal items are secured at Storage Mart.
