I spoke to Zachary if I recall his name correctly. Prior to my visit, I reserved a unit online so I would be able to view it before making a decision. Zachary was friendly and helpful, even letting me see the unit before I finalized the purchase. The unit is everything I need, with service to match. And if you know anything about storage facilities they are quick to assess you a late fee. Then when I called the company and got someone who has been there less time that I've been renting and refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manage. and said from a$400 increase all she would be willing to do is $100. Then when I told her that the next renter over with the same size unit is paying 1/3 of what they're asking me to pay. Then she got defensive and tried to tell me that she didn't know what size unit he had or what he was paying. Abusing people and blaming the market, really!

The unit itself was overran with mice... hundreds of them! I initially called the property manger... she mentioned this is to be expected. WTF? Then the owner (who eventually called back) said there was really nothing they could do. Really? NOTHING? We had a $3500.00 couch set in there, damaged. ALL documents we stored are filled with mold spores. We had a restoration specialist look at our belongings. He said mold like this is toxic and most definitely is throughout the entire complex. He advised us to burn EVERY THING‼ I was told they have working fans, proper ventilation and routine pest control. I highly doubt ANY of that is true. 100's of mice dead and alive were in the unit, GAG! There is NO WAY these crooks do routine anything.... Reimbursement for the months we paid for our belongings to be damaged? No a chance! She said they only cover their building... well it was "their" poorly maintained shitty structure that caused all the damage. We will be taking legal action.
