During this time my rent has doubled but the vast majority of the 4 years, the lighting above my unit flickered. I was told time and time again that it would be fixed but it wasn't. Finally it was fixed a few months ago but very soon the lights burned out completely and have yet to be fixed as of today, March 19th. When I asked for some compensation for the very dark state of my unit, I was refused. I do not recommend renting space at this facility.

And if you know anything about storage facilities they are quick to assess you a late fee. Then when I called the company and got someone who has been there less time that I've been renting and refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manage. and said from a$400 increase all she would be willing to do is $100. Then when I told her that the next renter over with the same size unit is paying 1/3 of what they're asking me to pay. Then she got defensive and tried to tell me that she didn't know what size unit he had or what he was paying. Abusing people and blaming the market, really!

Now that I have one I can't even get in because they put a blue lock on it and the property manager is never available. I made an appointment to meet up with them and they never showed up.
