Upon renegotiating our contract and obtaining bids from other companies - we chose to move our services to a different vendor. Upon discussion of the transfer and in discussion of the migration process, Virtual IT transitioned our product in a very unsupportive manner - allowing no transition period and instead cutting off our services 4 days prior to the end of their contract. Additionally, their Executive Vice President of Technology Services, Brian Roberson was incredibly derogatory to the CEO of our company on the phone. Speaking over her, not offering clear support for the final days of the contract and being exceptionally unprofessional. The means in which he conducted himself on the phone is indicative of the experience in which this company has behaved over the past month during the transition. Our business has gone elsewhere and I feel even more confident in the decision we made, now having seen the unprofessional, degrading and unsupportive customer service Virtual IT provided.

There was no 'inspection' of the attic beyond sticking his head up there and no inspection of the roof for areas they might be getting in beyond pointing out places that the bats might be getting in. They can't be sure without going on the roof, but they only do that if you hire them for the job. A complete waste of time and money.
