**100 PERCENT INCREASE EVERY 4 MONTHS**…read more This is a one star because what they are doing is predatory and people need to know. if you have rented a storage unit in your life you know the price is locked in at least for a year. I've rented units and my price stayed the same for the Entire 4 years. During the booking of the space the lady asked how long we would need the unit for? We expressed possibly 3 to 4 years but maybe less, and not less than a year minimum. She suggest a different location further from our residence and said their price was 58 bucks per month. Only for them to turn around and raise the price 100%. We had 5 units with them while we are transitioning. The place is clean, the staff is nice, but find yourself a reliable place to park your things without suffering ridiculous increase every 4 months, which is what the staff stated unless you want to sell all your things. We paid thousands for movers to put everything in only to have to turn around and do it again. Trash business if you ask me.

The burglars were able to cut off my lock and go through every tote and box in my storage unit undetected. My unit was in a climate controlled building and found out later that both cameras in my building did not work. Other units were broken into as well. It has been three months now and the Insurance agent is trying everything in their power to not pay my claim. Burglars stole all my Christmas gifts that were brand new and I had to try to replace, all my products that I use for my job and items that were given to me after my mothers recent passing. This entire experience has been stressful beyond belief! Be careful if you store your things here and make sure you take video and photos of all your belongings in case of theft. I wish I had. I never thought that I would have to worry about theft in a gated place with cameras all over the place. I am a monthly customer in this parking garage (lower level). I am satisfied with it. It's $70, so…read moreis a better deal than the parking option inside my apartment building is. This garage is not open for public parking. It can be walked into, so if you are looking for something secure or climate-controlled, this might not suit your needs. I feel like it's quite safe. There are security cameras and motion activated lights in addition to regular lighting. I have never seen anything unusual here and have never seen any broken windows. I drive an EV, and the upper level of this garage has 4 chargers (these are definitely a rarity in the Old Market). I use these frequently. They are on ChargePoint network. For the chargers, it costs $1 for 4 hours, with a price increase after that. The upper level is public parking as well as monthly. It is a little cheaper than the lower level but has a significant problem in that they can't guarantee you will have a space if there are a lot of people using it as public parking (they do try to account for this but not always successfully. It was a deal-breaker for us, but fortunately we were able to get a space on lower level (spaces are not assigned, but they don't oversell them and there are always plenty available). But like I said, the EV chargers are upper level, and we had to make arrangements initially with them to be able to use the upper lot (ONLY when charging). It seemed a hassle at the moment but has not been a problem in the year+ we have been doing it now. That being said, owning an EV and living in the Old Market - it's really not easy to do this. Be prepared to spend a lot of time and effort charging your car, unless you find a better system than I have. As a public parking lot, this place is fine. It used to be better until last summer when they put it on the same payment system with kiosks as the rest of city parking. Though it has a different pricing structure so it seems to be confusing for everyone. Still better than trying to find street parking when visiting the Old Market though.
