So I've been calling to get my money refunded for two days only to find both of their voicemail boxes are full! They already reached out several weeks ago when I left a voice mail about an invoice they sent me to extend the contract. They then sent me yet another invoice and charged my credit card. I'm still trying to determine if this is a legitimate business. RENTERS BEWARE!!!

I moved my things to this storage and paid on it for over six years$85 per month. When I went to move my things into a home 2/3 of my items were gone!!! Including my dining room table. The corrugated metal walls do not go all the way to the ceiling leaving a gap between the steel girders to the ceiling. Large enough for an adult and many of my boxes to be passed over the top of my storage bin into a hallway between all the storage units. The woman at the desk laughed at me and said do you know how much you have paid in the last 6+ years you have had this storage? She said over $7000.00 then she said I doubt you had anything worth seven grand in there. Well she was partially right when I started packing my things that were floor to ceiling high halfway back the back end was empty lamps dishes electronics artwork anything that could fit through a 3X4 opening. Most of my things were packed in paper boxes and fit nicely through the opening. RENTERS BEWARE. I wouldn't have given any stars but it wasn't an option. Swept the place out real nice too and never got my $15 deposit for cleaning it better than when I moved my belongings in! Swept it real nice and was not compensated

I purchased one unit at full price and was locked out after 17 days so i payed for another month…read morethen a week later purchased another unit was given locks and had the unit almost full then was locked out of both units cause i diddnt e sign the agreement online and so there i was at 9:45pm in the parking lot e signining the online agreement on my second unit when the manager pulled up and i asked why i am locked out of both units if there was only a problem with my second one even though both units were already paid for and was told to submit my signature online i explained i already submitted it and she said it wouldnt be unlocked till morning and i asked why not tonight she told me they were closed i said no its open till ten pm correct she agreed i informed her it was only 945 pm she rolled her eyes and said it will be unlocked in the morning and i said im pulling my stuff out this isnt right i lost a four thousand dollar deal cause i was locked out of an already paid for units over a signature on my second unit and i proly wasnt the most pleaseant customer to deal with but the whole ordeal was unecessary and then having a manager roll their eyes on top of my loss financially i wasnt happy at all and expecteted more professionalism from a manager or understanding anything but ggetting the response i was given left me feeling unsecure about the future of my possessions as well
