Chris was so helpful! Sign up was easy. the facility is very clean and my move in was a breeze. Multiple carts were available and the elevator is large and easily accommodated my large item. Very happy to be storing at this facility. Thanks again Chris! read more

Andrea is the best manager! She listens to her customers and does everything to meet their storage needs. She has had a very positive influence on this facility. It is such a pleasure having her on site. As a result, this location is cleaner and managed well. read more

They think that, since all the wealthy people from other States moved in the area, they will PRICE GOUGE us. I've used this Public Storage for the last 4 years and the price has gone up considerably. Especially after COVID. Most recently they've raised my storage price another $100. Mid contract mind you. I didn't know they could do that, especially mid contact. This location is absolutely ridiculous with their current prices, but they don't care. Someone from out of State will come in right behind you and pay this horribly inflated price. There are other things they've done throughout the past years that I don't agree with. But that's another rant. I'm out, never again will I use Public Storage. read more

Service has changed they are never ever on premise, can't get a person on the phone, you have to leave a message or wait on the customer service line for 1/2 an hour to speak with someone in another country. What is happening???? Save yourself the stress!!!!!! read more

The facility looks very nice, and is clean and well-maintained. Therefore, I was quite elated when I found reasonable prices online. However, when I tried to book at those prices, I was told that despite the fact that it specifically said the unit I was looking at was available online at that location at that price, no such unit was available. Did I want to change locations? No. Now, units at a much higher price were available at the same size and location in the building. So, reluctantly, I agreed to the higher price. I was told I would receive an email and would have to book online through the email. Fine. The following morning, I looked for and found the email that had been sent the previous day and attempted to book online. No dice. I called Public Storage and was told the reason is because they sent the email the previous day, and that's the only day for which I had that price guarantee. Unfortunately, no one from Public Storage told me I had to book that day. I again inquired about availability of the same size storage unit, again, upstairs with elevator access. Oh, there was one available, at an even higher price. I was professional on the phone, but, nevertheless upset with how I was being treated. I explained that to the representative, who was very nice. To my great surprise and delight, a lower priced unit was suddenly available. I did book that unit, and have been happy with it, but remain concerned about company policy and procedure when it comes to booking in view of what happened to me. read more

Awful! I live close to property and went there 3 times to talk to somebody in person but there was not anybody. Called on the phone and to take a payment there is no wait but to talk to somebody about new reservation I was passed from person to the other and wait and wait. Finally I had tobdo everything online I paid for things (like lock) that I didn't have to pay because I already have one from Public Storage. Now I have 2 locks, one too many. Customer service is horrible and pretty much not existent and paying on line forces you to pay for stuff you don't need. Awful!! It's the only company close to my house so I had no choice but to use them but if you can use somebody else better, don't hesitate. read more

Called and keeps getting voice mail, no one is ever in the office. The hours on the site are incorrect. They said arrive 30 minutes before business close of day and no one is in the office. I just canceled my reservation/storage. read more

this location is absolutely appalling, nobody answers the phone, calls are not returned, the gate access codes periodically don't work and lock you out. Find another company and location this is just terrible read more

Stay away from Public Storage! I have had a 5 x 10 unit since 2020 and they have raised their rental prices close to 30% EVERY year for the past 3 years! It has tripled since I started. This gouging is ridiculous! I have had a storage unit in Maine where I'm from for the past 7 years that is 3x the size and has only been raised once, at only 15%! And they don't even notify you that it's going up, they just charge your account without a word. I am going elsewhere. read more

Connie the "Manager" is totally nuts!!! Be prepared to deal with this neurotic and really unpleasant person from your first day. The facility is great but this demented person is really a surprise for a well-run company to put "in charge." No idea what she actually does there but try to avoid her. read more

We have wonderful service from public storage at 11655 US Highway one N. Palm Beach Florida. Not only were they helpful in problem-solving and helping us to find exactly what type of unit we needed, but as we had movers doing the move for us and worked on site ourselves, the help over the phone was top-notch.We appreciate the help so much and look forward to continued helpful service throughout our remaining stay there--Whitney Oneill read more

I Have been having way too many problems with this storage location. The manager Connie never fails to leave me scratching my head and saying to myself Wow , I can't believe you still have a job here!!! I had to notify the BBB of the poor and reckless treatment that I have been recieving for the past 4 months. I have since learned that Public Storage is so bad that they are not accredited by the BBB. My bank was great at retrieving and securing my debit card account after PS snuck in and changed my payment to what they wanted to take. In other words they got caught stealing from my account. I only stay there because I am too ill with cancer and Lupus to be moving my belongings to another place and they are the only ones that are so close to my home that I could walk there to make a payment if I have to. I am afraid to try making a payment over the internet because the first and last time I did that they saw opportunity and they jumped right on it. They can not be trusted so I make sure that I go there and make my payment in person . Today I went in and made a cash payment only to have Connie the manager still try to steal one dollar from me. My change was to be 74 dollars and some change. She took all of five minutes to count it at the draw before she finally came over to me and started counting it out. once she got to 66 she skipped right over 67 and went to 68 placing the one dollar bills down one at a time as she counted. She had just enough ones to count to to 74 and act like it was correct. I took the money and said No this is a dollar short and she said oh okay and started to go to the draw without even questioning me ,but I said please wait and let me count it back to you . I did this and it came out short one dollar as I said .I am not sure why this woman keeps trying to cheat me out of money, but she does something shady every time that I have to deal with her. When I look at all of the great reviews that other people leave I can't help but feel like I am being treated differently from everyone else. She does not have any personal knowlege of me so I trully think that she is a racist behind the smiling face. She has lied to me about the units and caused me to just waist $167.00 on a unit that I never even got to use thanks to renovations being done that kept me from moving my goods in. I do think that if you need storage you should first check the BBB and remember That you have choices. They charge more for less and give NO prorate when you move in before the first 22 days of the month, Sad but true. Hope this can help someone from making a big mistake. read more

When you need a space for just a couple of months, you can't go wrong with Public Storage's $1 for the first month deal. It makes it nice and reasonable. I have had the occasion to use the Public Storage at 11655 US Hwy1 North Palm Beach for the last several months. It has been a great experience from the first moment when I made arrangements with Connie. She was very helpful, friendly and accomodating. Use this place as a last resort after you've exhausted any other option. I've had cheaper mortgages than the rental rates here, and it's clear all that matters to them is your money. You pay for the security of your stored items. The exit gates here broke 6 months ago and they still haven't fixed them. Their carts have flat spots on the casters so they barely roll, I guess fixing the gates or replacing a $3 caster is unimportant. Forget saying anything to anybody, they're not around. The front door constantly has a sign saying, "back in 15 minutes" and hours later the door is still locked. All this value and they will still raise your rent 20% after a few months. Forget this place. Fail! read more

I love Connie and Melissa! They were professional and kind. I was very stressed about moving and they help me cope with my stress by providing me with outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this storage facility. read more

My concern is not with this particular location as we have rented a storage unit here for a while now and have always been extremely happy with the cleanliness and security of the property, but with Public Storage as a whole. We were recently notified that our payment would increase by $72 / month, which is roughly 25% of our current cost! (Currently paying $285 and increased to $357). This is huge when you're on a budget. When I contacted customer service as well as the corporate office they had no way of justifying the increase and were not willing to work with us at all! We will be moving storage facilities as soon as possible, will never rent from this company again and will NOT recommend it to family and friends!! Renters beware! read more
