Not a Place anyone would want to work at, not on Disability or Part Time, They expect a whole lot for a little. $14.50 hourly. If you live on Property it is only $10.50 hourly. They expect you to be a collections agent, lien agent, janitor, office manager, security and also lie to your customers, The District Manager Jacob, is never out at any of the properties, he babysits his kids and works from home 97% of his work day. Public Storage expects you to leave a Google Review, so that the District Managers, Regional Managers, can get their $5,000 bonus while you earn nothing! They have enough money to keep buying other properties and paying vendors to coerce out and paint the doors and etc, but have no sympathy to say, well lets pay our employees who are the lowest paid property managers of America, lol This place never closes, only (2) paid holidays, benefits are so high that if you elect them, you'll be homeless. Other property managers will come over to any property and clock in, some changes their times, and some will even clock in and go back into their apartments and go to sleep, while having a lookout for them. so be cautious about Public Storage, I would encourage you to RENT somewhere else! Public Storage has the most break ins in America, because no one is never there at the properties. if you receive a call from Public Storage asking you to change your review to a 5 star, don't and hang up, they will offer you a month of FREE RENT for you to Lie.... if you do, please know, They are Notorious for Increasing your RENT, latter on down the line, so in reality, your getting Fucked, and They are getting PAID! The management of this location and the staff our outstanding. They have always gone out of their way to help me. They even helped walk me through a situation where I had to speak with a District Manager. The folks managing this location are professional, patient and courteous and kind. They truly do seem to care about their customers. I have read a couple of negative reviews on this location and I can only conclude that you cannot please everybody because I have never had a bad situation like I have read here. I will admit sometimes it takes a little time to get through to them BUT whenever I do reach them it is ALWAYS a good experience. That alone is worth the 5 stars I rate them with. read more

Terrible experience. We reserved a unit, made an appointment, spoke with the office, showed up with a car full of stuff, and they had sold our unit. I understand it's "first come first serve", but a phone call or a heads up would've been helpful. The folks in the office were as nice as they could be, but I called customer service and the lady I spoke with, Denise, was horrific. She was rude, told me she can't help me "because I'm not a customer". That is exactly right...I'm not a customer and I never will be. You shouldn't either. read more

Went to talk to the workers in the office. There was a sign on the door that said they were out on the property, No big deal. Waited about ten minutes and then they pulled up on a golf cart. When they pulled up, there was a very clear scent of marijuana from them. Very unprofessional. read more

Very friendly, good pricing and easy to secure a unit.

This place is straight up a $h!t hole. Its dirty and unsecured. The automatic gate is broken more than in service (legit straight up OPEN). There is enough broken glass laying around the grounds that you could melt it down and make a life-size statue of Public Storage's CEO standing out front giving you the finger. Management is useless, rude and straight up lie about monthly charges. Don't use Public Storage... go to CubeSmart instead. They are just down the road and are way better, cheaper, cleaner, secured and generally nice people. read more

I rented a storage unit from Britney who represents Public Storage. She was very friendly, chipper and made me feel welcome. The process was smooth and easy to understand. At first I was looking at a 5x10 unit. After I saw how small it was, Britney took the time to show me a larger space she had available. The rates were fair and the location is close to the expressway. I appreciated not having to be locked into a contract. I also liked that the complex is on top of a big hill. Nashville tends to flood occasionally, so that elevation is a big asset. Overall, great service and product. read more

I went to Public Storage on yesterday at the Metroplex, Nashville, Tn to pay for my reserved storage. I was greeted by Jason, who was very knowledgeable about his location. He talked to me in detail, asking me about how much I was storing. He told me how much storage space I needed and I agreed. I never had anyone to be as thorough as Jason. He made suggestions of the products and boxes I may need while packing up my apartment. I give Jason a 5 star for his professionalism. He made suggestions but did not pressure me. I appreciate the exceptional customer service he showed me. Customer Service Agents like Jason is why I come back to Public Storage and of course the $1 for the first month. read more
