We've been a customer of Cubesmart for nearly 2 years now and haven't had any issues. However, last week there was an explosion (and fire) in our building from someone running a Meth Lab out of their container. We first received an email telling us that our unit was unaffected, and then a half hour later, a second email saying actually we WERE affected. It has now been 6 days since the incident, and Cubesmart can tell us NOTHING about if we have any belongings left, when we can come assess the damage, or if we need to move anything salvageable to a new location. They keep claiming that the "investigation is ongoing" but it's absurd to us that they have no basic information for their clients nearly a week later. We essentially had the contents of our entire life in this facility while building a new home, and the Cubesmart staff just falls back on the age old "sorry for your inconvenience." Would not recommend this facility. read more

I recently rented a space to hold furniture and boxes. I selected them for convenience rather than knowing about them from other sources and was pleasantly surprised with both the space and the rental process. The space was clean and well lighted. I rented an inside temperature controlled unit. The process was efficient and thorough. My experience was really good. Friendly workers, seamless sign-up process and easy move in. I would highly recommend this location. I also found the prices to be the best around town, excluding the storage facilities that are 20-30 mins away. The low price at this location might be a result of the new facility and the company's desire to increase occupancy, so I offer that as a caveat. In short, I highly recommend. read more

Great experience! We were able to get in the new climate controlled unit. The area is clean and the buildings are well maintained. I've used other storage places in the past that have had roof leaks and garbage left around the site. This place is immaculate by comparison. Julie was so great!
