I wish I could provide a positive review but unfortunately Jen the female attendant at the West Miramar facility presented a nasty attitude towards me in two occasions. I was contacted by upper management concerning my experience and they credited my account for the inconvenience, however, I moved out after experiencing such a bad customer service from the site attendant. They had their two elevators down and one of the stairwell doors propped open with fire extinguisher, presenting a hazardous condition at the facility. read more

I would give this place negative stars. No commutation with management. You can call a million times and never get in contact with a manager. I called for a week to submit my move out and after a week I finally speak to a manager and they try to charge me a fee. RIDICULOUS. I came to move out and neither elevator was working. NEITHER. The initial process was smooth & easy to start - no issues what so ever getting in and setup. Now... In my process of moving, I went last night around 8:40PM to drop off some boxes before my big move the next day - door system was offline, no access. Now the next day of my move (out of state), I'm there at 7AM... system offline no access. You call the number on the door, no customer service line - just leave a voicemail. Since August 25th and also no employee to help with customer service, I called the number on the window four times and got the same automated voicemail and to top it off there's no stairs. To think I was gonna get my cardio in and then I had to use the bathroom and the bathroom was locked and out of service. It was my last day at the storage, As I was moving out I needed help I asked Jen the manager on duty if she could be assistance in which she stated yes as she did not need to as she was getting off at 5pm. This is a unique place as they are the only ones I know that have a dock available to unload/load pallets. I love the support from the local personnel and most specially Mr Scott. I do appreciate him making my life easier with his overall support. read more

The reviews of 5 stars date bk to more than a yr, many of which are years ago. I wouldn't go off that, there's nothing "almost 5 stars" about this place. I began renting a space during Covid, all was fine; was roughly paying $96 a month. In the almost 4 yrs there, they gradually increased it periodically - NOTHING HAS CHANGED! Started $96, then $143, then $172, then $215, then $289, then "adjusted" $285, finally the last straw was $368 monthly. They have HORRIBLE customer service, the staff there is unfriendly & unhelpful. There use to be a gentleman there who was very friendly many yrs but in the last yr or so he's gone. 2 yrs into my rental, on the 2nd flr they had an outbreak of cockroaches. HOW?!?! I would complain & even brought it to their attention b/c I started noticing them down hallways. For months they began saying they were taking care of it & would still see them running around the 2nd flr. They fumigated so much that the insecticide got all over people's a property, I'm sure many of them found roaches dead in their units & not once did they offer any credits, nothing! I had to throw away many items that had dead roaches & stunk of pesticide. To then increase their rental by almost $270 in 4 yrs is disgusting. Shame on them, I would never do business nor recommend them ever. And I have plenty of pictures & proof to show from the yrs there. Thankful I left, find anywhere else but here unless you want your property damaged & basically get robbed monthly with their ridiculous pricing. read more

I'm disgusted and discouraged by this unit space. I just drove 9hrs to Georgia from out of state and came to unload my car. first of all, there is no trolley available to unload. Then, I was given a storage space with a broken lock!!! I went around and looked at everyone's storage lock and realized mines must have been broke into because the whole cover piece is missing. Therefore, I cannot lock the storage and I have already unloaded my personal belongings. Worse of it all, the inside of the storage space is disgusting!!! I've been renting storage units at this location since 2008 when it was originally Tropical Storage. Tropical Storage was fantastic and had many perks such as the free moving truck. While the ownership is now Public Storage and sadly the moving truck is no longer available there still is one factor that keeps me driving all the way from Davie, that is the staff. Anthony and Claudio have been here for a long time and always provide customer service of which you don't expect nowadays and friendly conversation. People definitely make or break an establishment and this place definitely makes it! I found the cheapest price here at this location in Miramar for my neighborhood. I live in Pembroke Pines, so it is convenient since it is located right off I-75 and Miramar Parkway. Claudio and Anthony are friendly and helpful. It is also in a safe neighborhood, so I am not afraid to go there alone at night. It is clean and bright. I recommend highly. read more

OK Let me start by saying I have been a client for some time here since Tropical Storage who by the way were awesome in every way, Miss them that is the management, versus what they have now as Public Storage, I despise them with a passion, if your late they tag on 26.00 $ right away and then they start setting you up for auction. Well if it weren't for the two Staff members they have which is Claudio Mgr. and Anthony associate, I probably would be out of my belongings, the best customer service I have ever had is with these two fellows, they have been there since Tropical, I give it a 5 Star not because of Public Storage but because of Claudio and Anthony, please don't think I'm high fiving the Company, believe me if it weren't for these guys I would of left by now long time ago, I hate to say but I have to make a change soon and find elsewhere due to continuing rent increase, no can do.......... I've been here since it originally opened and was called Tropical Storage. I searched different Storage facilities but chose this one because it's Super clean, the staff (Anthony and Claudio) are always so friendly and courteous, there's always ample parking and no problems accessing my unit, It's air conditioned, well lit and I feel safe. It's now Public Storage but their standards remain the same, which I am so Happy about! Definitely recommend it to any one looking for storage. read more
