No problem.Easy to go on line order what you need.It was a better deal.I feel my stuff is safe here.Just didn't care for the third floor.

I ordered a truck in the comfort of my home, four days before I needed it and exactly where I…read moreneeded it. They sent me a text to confirm my order and an email the next day to confirm that it would be ready. I called 30 minutes before I was supposed to be there and told them I'd be about 20 minutes late. The customer service representative was friendly and said no problem. When I got there, there was only one person at the counter but three people including myself in line - so not 5-stars. They put me in a 16 year old 24' box truck that, if the fuel gauge was really where they said it was when I picked it up, got less than 5 miles to the gallon on average. For the record, it was only 1/3 full at best. I've rented these quicky B2C trucks before and if I remember they get notoriously shitty MPG. I think a more modern truck would have done better but at the very least, MPG should be calculated into the estimated cost when you order it online - the fuel cost is no small factor.

I reserved a trailer several days in advance for a weekend event and was later contacted and asked…read moreto switch pickup locations. The first alternative offered was significantly farther (downtown Power & Light), which I declined. I was then given a closer option. Because of that experience, I proactively booked trailers for two upcoming weekends to avoid any issues--but I've already been contacted again and redirected to a different location (30th & Main). At this point, it feels like reservations are not being honored at the selected pickup location, even when booked in advance. For customers who rely on these rentals for scheduled events or business use, last-minute changes add unnecessary stress and logistical challenges. I understand that inventory can vary, but the pattern of being redirected after booking makes it difficult to plan with confidence. I would prefer clearer availability upfront or stronger guarantees that reserved equipment will be available at the chosen location.
