If that is normal process why don't you send 3 guys? I paid $650 for a move my friends and I had to help with. Mike offered to fix my dresser and give me a check for $65. RIDICULOUS!!! After numerous calls to MovingHelp, he made good on his contract and was very quick and efficient and apologetic. He even thanked me when I explained I would alter my yelp (and etc) reviews. Like I said we all have those kind of days; but I would not recommend. Not professional enough for my liking. I also don't appreciate trying to pawn off the bad service to another moving company when I know who I did service with. Erasing one bad review is just like trying to erase history... it still happened.

I wanted to work with a woman, and I wanted to feel like my apartment would be moved with care and respect. Her team clearly trusts her, and nothing was seen as too much, too much trouble, and they arrived on time, were organized and thorough, and wow, I've never had a better move. Finding good courier services is about care - you need to feel like both you and your item(s) are cared for and the job will be done to completion - until you are reasonably satisfied. Damesha's personality and her approach to her business are amazing. I am so impressed by her business and how she supported an admittedly unorthodox project.
