As we get to the computer the listed cost of $8.69 is different then what was in the computer he says the price listed is wrong I have to charge the computer price not listed of $12. He goes to say my eyeglasses are foggy etc. Sir that doesn't change the listed price that you should honor. Well why would I do business here? After being told this was normal, and they aren't willing to do anything to corrected it, I've concluded that Carpet Corner doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I will be paying for another company to correct the problem or install new carpet. I highly suggest finding another business for your flooring needs.

He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.
