We have postponed having them re- bind due to their high pick up and delivery prices. We are 80+ and unable to get rugs up and back under 2 large desks ourselves. I don't know present policy on whether they are willing to remove rugs from under heavy furniture by delivery is to garage only.

Apparently, the box of extra flooring they left us was damaged and they couldn't replace it so we asked how much to replace, and we found out that flooring has been discontinued and no other flooring would fit with the existing floor. They could only find 3 different colors of that brand, and this is what we are left with. One side of this dark floor is higher than the rest of the floor and we have already tripped on it. When I called Chris (the salesperson) back after he told my husband he could no longer help us, he was very condescending. Chris was supposed to bring by some samples for us to look at after quoting us a price of $1200 to get the kitchen floor replaced, and yet again he didn't bother to do that. I would not recommend this place. Go to someone who stands behind their work.

We were very apprehensive after hearing contractor horror stories but did not experience any of that. Of course there were minor set-backs and a few unexpected costs but Clint was quick to respond and always helpful. We have had our new bathroom for a few months now and everything is still working great. We stayed relatively within our budget and felt well taken care of.

All others bidders for the project just gave us a lump sum. Work they did included moving a toilet in the water closet, tearing out the old shower in water closet, removing a too large tub and replacing it with a giant onyx shower, changing the window in shower to glass block, removing popcorn from vaulted ceiling, painting all walls and ceiling, installing heated floor with new tile and completely replacing the vanity and mirrors. Also switched out all hardware down to the doorknobs and installed new outlets and LED mirrors. They stuck to the exact budget proposed and finished a week early. Kept everything completely clean while in the house and always made sure we had access to our walk in closet in the master bath. All work was done with the highest craftsmanship and there was nothing that they needed to come back and fix. Clint was a complete professional throughout the entire process and I can't recommend him and his crew highly enough. We will definitely be using them for future jobs. Thanks KJ!

Cory initially came out and masked the jet holes and intake, he got them filled and sanded, and the initial glazing. Corey did a good job on tub too, was just significant scheduling changes. There was some minor cosmetic blemishes (drips) that Peyton came out rectify in accordance with their warranty. Peyton was timely and professional. Price was reasonable and saved us some money versus new tub new tile.

Worse than before - I can't believe our old, scratched up bathtub could actually be made worse, but…read morethis company did that. I don't know if we just got a bad worker or this is common for this company. Rather than sanding and smoothing the bottom of the tub, which was very rough, they somehow made the entire tub, edges, top, etc, now feel like sandpaper, with rough bubbles all over, and raised sharp areas in random spots. The exterior finish is now smeared and bubbled instead of a smooth finish. The worker also did zero cleanup, tracked wet white debris down our hardwood stairs, marring the finish, and even peed in the toilet and left it for us without flushing. Oh yes, and he used our nice towels to hold his tools. STunned at this terrible experience. So far I've called twice and emailed 3 times and no replies.
