Marci was great to guide us to the samples in the showroom that were in line with what we were looking for. The first carpet they installed for us had manufacturing defects. The manufacturer, Shaw, would not admit that carpet was defective. We had discoloration in several places where the in carpet met itself. It looked like 2 different shades. Their inspector said it was the light from our room & windows, a large mirror, and an overhang from multi- tiered ceilings. So, we had a different carpet, which was basically the same color, installed and had no shading issues with it. Taffs' staff was great about keeping us updated on communications between the manufacturer and themselves. They spent a lot of time intervening on our behalf with Shaw's warranty department and Shaw's sales reps. Mike and his team worked diligently to get our issue taken care off. Thanks to Taffs' we didn't have to pay for any labor to tear out the first carpet or install the second carpet. Taffs' installers did an excellent job both times. They did not scratch any of our oak trim or leave any marks on the walls. They showed up when they were scheduled to be here, and even called to let us know they were on the way. The next time we need any kind of new flooring Taff's will be our go to place. Thank you very much to the Taffs team for a job well done.

I would not recommend them to anyone. I have a new build in 2023 in KC North over $1M had so many problems, especially with concrete foundations. They do their site work then pour concrete and wait for years to restart their project. The ground can settle during that period and cracks can develop. Consequently water leakage happened from their foundation walls and base. It's been a nightmare & horrible. They don't care after one year. They've used so many lousy subs. The company does not supervise much at all over their subs. They have so many homes spread out KC North but not supervising much. The house look OK exterior wise then lousy workmanship inside like Plumbing, Foundation, the sheetrock walls, Uneven Basement Floors, some I can mention here. The Sheet rock Walls Over Mantle above the Fire Place were not even straight up and not lining correctly with ceiling. I understand there's no perfect house. However this company is beyond my description. I had many sleepless nights in this house worrying what else could go wrong. I absolutely do not recommend to any buyers.
