Do you not train your employees in customer service or at the very least how to interact with buyers. Don't they understand that I am the one contributing to their paychecks. I don't understand whether Feldman's doesn't care or the employees aren't being trained. Ugh!!!

The second visit, they replaced the wrong part, despite me being extremely clear about the volume button not working. The final visit was to repair the side buttons that were damaged as a result of the first visit. Usually when I call, there's someone who answers the phone and mumbles profusely the entire time. Every time I've been here I've asked them explicitly to email me and they never have. Instead, they have called my phone while it has been in their possession. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with the lack of basic courtesy at this place, and with the skill of the associates performing repairs. They also "required" my PIN code to perform a hardware repair "to run diagnostics required by Google". I checked with Google and they told me this was not true, is a big deal, and will be reported because my data privacy and security have been breached. I feel violated, and I also feel bad for all the less tech savvy customers who are unfortunate enough to deal with this place. Want to succeed? Stop hiring kids out of high school and learn how to email your customers when their devices are ready to be picked up. Figure out how to train your employees. I noticed after the third visit that they didn't reinstall both bottom speakers on my phone and Google will be replacing the entire device since the techs here are clearly incompetent.
