Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with the lack of basic courtesy at this place, and with the skill of the associates performing repairs. They also "required" my PIN code to perform a hardware repair "to run diagnostics required by Google". I checked with Google and they told me this was not true, is a big deal, and will be reported because my data privacy and security have been breached. I feel violated, and I also feel bad for all the less tech savvy customers who are unfortunate enough to deal with this place. Want to succeed? Stop hiring kids out of high school and learn how to email your customers when their devices are ready to be picked up. Figure out how to train your employees. I noticed after the third visit that they didn't reinstall both bottom speakers on my phone and Google will be replacing the entire device since the techs here are clearly incompetent. The technician from McGuire was so friendly and funny, he came and picked the lock open in just under a minute. No surprises, just what he had quoted me. I appreciate it when companies are transparent and their estimate is exactly what they say it would be!
