Turns out it was a shift change and people were ready to go home. We saw the same guy later in the parking lot going home. Pro tip: Don't go to home Depot at 4 o clock pm if you need service. I asked where the squirrel poisons were and they seemed irritated with me for even interfering with their conversation. The young lady pointed me to aisle 35. Went to check out and this was my interaction with cashier --- Cashier : did you find everything you were looking for? ME: No, I didn't. Cashier: Ok What the heck? Do you not train your employees in customer service or at the very least how to interact with buyers. Don't they understand that I am the one contributing to their paychecks. I dropped off my laptop to be fixed. I included its power cord. Their communication was horrible (I…read morehad to be the one to cal them once a week to get status updates) and the repair took three weeks as opposed to one. Once I bought a new power cord and fired up the laptop after their "repair," the laptop was in the exact same state as when I dropped it off (just now missing a power cord!) They said they had to send it out for repair. Hell I can do that myself. In essence, whomever they sent it to was useless.
