Excellent customer service at this Office Depot. I would recommend for office supplies, printing…read moreand all your computer and printer needs. I do all my printing at the Office Depot and the people are always very helpful and are very customer focused. Obviously the store is under good management- none of this "not my job" or complaining "they work us too hard" .It is refreshing to experience this level of customer service. Today I brought in a computer we had just purchased because I thought the touch screen function wasn't working- but it actually didn't have that function. I had thought we had asked for that at time of purchase but it was my fault for not knowing what I bought. So i thought that I was going to be stuck with a good computer that I wished had that one extra feature I really wanted. Even without whining (me) the salesperson Aaron went to work and without hesitation exchanged the computer for one with the touch screen model. I gladly paid the extra for what I was getting- and I got a great deal both times on each computer. I found Office Depot is very competitive on computers and printers. When I picked it up later in the day the sales clerk apologized for me not getting the correct computer the first time (even though it really was my fault). I would say without a doubt Office Depot exceeded my expectations of what I considered to be outstanding customer service. Office Depot had in the past earned my business- today they solidified my trust in their operation and quality of people they employ.

We lost our cat, and I needed to make some flyers quickly. We went to Office Depot, thinking that…read morethey would actually help us. The lady told my 10 year old daughter that per policy she could not help us design anything she was extremely unhelpful to say the least. I mean, I'm not trying to be rude, but it's not like this store is happening. There were maybe two customers in there on a nice Saturday day. My husband had to end up writing it out with a sharpie, and she finally made copies after he had to threaten to call corporate on her. It's just sad the amount of customer service skills that this world is lacking one day that lady will have a daughter and she will lose an animal, and I hope someone has empathy for her, because she sure didn't for us.

MIXED REVIEW Explanation will follow. I was quite happy and…read moresatisfied with the way both the local store and the corporate messaging handled my issue. However, the delivery company they use (I believe it is Door Dash) was VERY lacking. As in on the 3rd day I had still not received my "same-day delivery" and I had prepaid a nice tip for the driver. I was online shopping for some kitchen items I needed to replace. I was planning on either going to the store to pick it up or do curbside pickup. Once I had reached a certain amount an ad popped up for free same-day delivery. Why not, right? It's less than three miles, so I was not concerned about a delivery holdup. My order confirmation arrived at 10:31 am. I clicked tracking and the message read that I would have delivery by 9 PM Monday evening. No delivery on Monday. I messaged the automated system and they checked my order and eventually connected me to a customer service representative. He checked my order and told me it was released and was ready for the currier. I was not overly concerned once I heard that and assumed I would receive it on Tuesday. On Tuesday in the early afternoon, I had still not received my order. I called the store directly and they told me the entire order indeed had been processed and was still at the store. I asked if they had drivers delivering that day. I was told they did and it should definitely arrive in Tuesday. That evening I returned home about 10 PM. No package. I checked online to make sure I had not missed a delivery. Again I was connected to a customer service rep who looked up my order and said it should be ready and I could expect it the next day. On Wednesday I had some errands and stopped by the store and checked my order. The young lady at the return / customer service desk contacted someone who checked abs said the package was STILL at the store. He retrieved it for me. I mentioned that I had pre-tipped the delivery and would like to get my money returned as it had, in fact, not been delivered. I was put in touch with a store manager who was gracious and returned my tip. Everyone I dealt with at the store was very kind, patient, and understanding. One of the nearby cashiers said they had a woman just the day before with the same issue. I would NOT recommend trying the same-day delivery as the company they contract with (Door Dash) does not appear to be very reliable. Henceforth, I will either do curbside or in-store shopping. .
