I made the mistake of trusting the ties and while unloading from my vehicle, one of the items came apart, fell and shattered. I believe the store should bear at least partial responsibility for improper assembly. The store manager was having none of it. My fault 100% but they would check like items in inventory to fix the problem. At Home may fix the problem for someone else but they sure didn't fix it for me. My fix will be shopping elsewhere.

One thing I noticed is that they have large scaled furniture. Most modern and less expensive furniture/accessories stores only have smaller stuff. If you have a large space or high ceilings, try I.O. Metro. I also found 10ft drapery panels which will work wonderfully for my huge windows. And yes, I said less expensive. I was very surprised at some of the prices. They also had a clearance room.

I was dissatisfied with their appearance and contacted IO Metro the day after delivery. They said they would replace the cushions, and would call when the replacements came in. I followed up with them via e-mail on May 9th, and then again on June 6th inquiring about the replacement cushions ordered. On JULY 29th the old cushions were re-delivered. I finally received (what I was told) were replacement cushions AUGUST 28th. That is almost 4 1/2 months after I purchased the couch! A couch that I was told by customer service would have the "Cores" replaced. I contacted IO Metro 12 months from final delivery. I called 3 times with no return phone call. Finally, I contacted IO Metro via email and they told me the fabric warranty was covered 1 year from purchase. Problem is, it took them 3 months to replace the 1st defected cushions, which now I wonder if the truly did. The customer service has been NO help. I asked for a manager and I've waited 2 weeks for a phone call.

This left us with few palatable options, and ultimately we chose to cover the tile in metallic-flecked epoxy styled to appear like marble. After getting a couple quotes, we elected to move forward with Sal's company. The work was done quickly, quietly, professionally, and at a competitive price. The final product looks extraordinary and exceeded our expectations in every way! We only have one complaint... That they only do flooring! Truly great work from honest and caring individuals.
