I've been using this parking service since they first opened, but over the past few months the…read moreservice has steadily declined. Every Monday morning when I park, the gate attendant directs me to the smaller side parking spots. I explain that I need the larger spots, but she insists they're all the same. I've parked here for years and previously used the larger spaces. I drive a full-size crew cab truck, and the smaller spots are a very tight fit. Another concern I raised was the lack of shuttle buses. During the same time window, their competitor consistently has four to five buses running while I'm left waiting. I emailed management multiple times to share these concerns. Eventually, they responded by canceling my reservation and telling me to use another service. This could have easily been resolved with a phone call, especially since they have my number. They claim they responded to every email, yet no one ever called me, and my last question went unanswered. I'm very frustrated with the management team. I'll spend a little more and use The Parking Spot instead. If they replace the current management, I'd consider returning.
