The office is never open during supposed business hours. The rates are "highway robbery" through the roof. When I moved out I was told they only pro rate if you move out at the beginning of the month (I moved out on the 22nd of the month) and if you give notice. They are sheisters. They don't upkeep the facility and dirt and dust as well as insects and bugs travels underneath the doors into your unit because they do not maintain the seals on the bottom of the doors. Do NOT store your things here. We've had storage units for probably 5 to 6 years and were with a Storage mart at a different location up until last year when we moved. We always have a unit to store our Christmas and holiday decor in... This is the first time we've ever had a bug infestation problem. Our unit is infested with brown recluse... So to me that means somebody could have a roach problem or a brown recluse problem, and move into the unit next to you and then it infests your belongings and your left to deal with it. We have never had this problem at any other storage unit until this location. read more

There are several people living in there storage units and many missing things in units. I believe the staff is stealing.

My unit was broken into 8000$ worth of my belongings were stolen. The insurance they offer wouldn't pay us because they said they didn't cover mysterious disappearances. My unit was completely robbed of a dirt bike . 6-7 pairs of designer shoes, a very expensive guitar and a expensive set of rims and tires. And some miscellaneous tools. The lock was still on the unit, I had gotten the lock and key from the office so I believe they have a master key or made a copy of my key. It was a somewhat elaborate scheme. Long story short. Do not go here. Your stuff will get stolen and you will not be reimbursed. And they will act like you stole your own things. "Mysterious disappearances" give me a break. You all robbed me. read more

You have to use their app to do pretty much anything without having to pay a convenience fee and there's literally NO parking for customers outside the front office building. Their insurance is hellaciously expensive and covers next to nothing. The doors on the units could easily be breached with any pair of scissors meant to cut metal. read more

RUN from these theives and bad business people! They are liars and will STEAL your things! They hire unethical people and go through at least 2 managers per year so they wont be accountable for theft while you pay for insurance they refuse to pay claims on. Rather than reward loyal customers they will bill you for FALSE charges and DOUBLE your rent while offering new customers discounts. BAD BUSINESS! read more

She was also very polite as well. Horrible company. Great website, great looking deal on line, great advertisement about safety and security and peace of mind. However, cameras don't record and nobody monitors them. Staff never follow ups with anything they say even the regional manager. If you would like your stuff stolen and no help what so ever from the storage company, then by all means store it here. read more

Price increases all the time! "Tenants" are treated horribly and the rent is more than for someone who is new. Also mice and rats will chew up your stuff. Found droppings and holes in all of my stuff and when I moved out found a dead mouse in my rug. They also tack on charges saying "We sent you an email" but never send you any physical paperwork so if your email thinks it's junk you won't get it. read more
