To my dismay I was told that Kayley, the pleasant young lady I had dealt with previous, who I must say was the reason I chose storage mart over the others, had "chosen to move on".... Well come to find out she had not "chosen" to move on, She was Infact dismissed and it's my understanding that her dismissal was for a ridiculous minor infraction. Their website claims you are in a safe facility, but when I was burglarized​, they claimed that they had no video, dismissed me, and suggested that I or someone I know had something to with it. If I had any idea that I would be treated with such disrespect and lack of concern, I would never have used this facility.

That's a 71% increase for literally nothing new. They love to say, "Storage is a commodity." Sure... right up there with gold, soybeans, and natural gas, apparently. Except those usually come with some tangible value. This? It's a glorified driveway. And the kicker? Their own website is advertising the exact same spot for $94/month AND a free first month for new renters. So loyal customers? Gouged. New customers? Coddled. If you enjoy being penalized for loyalty, watching your bill balloon with zero explanation, and being fed corporate nonsense about "market rates," StorageMart's your place. Otherwise, skip the asphalt tax and find a business that doesn't treat its long-term customers like walking ATMs.

I have had 2 units for over six years and they have consistently been clean, always have flatbeds…read moreavailable, and are especially secure, when I had a problem with someone I was trying to get out of my life having my keys to the unit and code to get in they were incredibly understanding and helped me get into my unit and insure that that person would have no way of getting in and would be alerted if he was seen on the property. The price of the units is well worth it!
