The office is rarely staffed, so make sure you have the app and have access yourself. The AC units don't feel like they are climate controlled, and the doors are constantly left open with no one nearby.

I was told the unit I was renting was a normal storage unit somewhat close to the office. Once the attendant returned to the property she took me to my unit. It was at the very end of the property on a gravel road and it was a POD, not a storage unit. I decided to cancel and was not offered any kind of reimbursement of the funds I have paid and I am being billed for a full months rent when I didn't even use the unit.

She stated that she was going to leave to take a lunch, but did not want to take off until I arrived, to verify the access code would work. That really impressed the heck out of me that someone would put off taking a lunch to make sure that I did not have any problems with my new rental.
