Do not rent here. After about 6 months, they dramatically (90%) raise the cost of your unit - so…read moredon't rent here long term. There are way cheaper units nearby. The office is rarely staffed, so make sure you have the app and have access yourself. The AC units don't feel like they are climate controlled, and the doors are constantly left open with no one nearby.

To my dismay I was told that Kayley, the pleasant young lady I had dealt with previous, who I must say was the reason I chose storage mart over the others, had "chosen to move on".... Well come to find out she had not "chosen" to move on, She was Infact dismissed and it's my understanding that her dismissal was for a ridiculous minor infraction. So, in light of the latest experience I'm reducing my rating. My previous review was employee specific not a reflection of the business itself. I hope Kayley has moved on to a facility that actually appreciates her and what she will bring to their team.

The management was not cooperative in helping me to solve the crime and get my belongings back. I escalated my communication to company executives and my emails went unresponded to. Their website claims you are in a safe facility, but when I was burglarized​, they claimed that they had no video, dismissed me, and suggested that I or someone I know had something to with it. If I had any idea that I would be treated with such disrespect and lack of concern, I would never have used this facility.

Horrible experience. Got to the property during normal business hours and the door was locked so I…read morecalled the number listed on the door. Did the rental and all the paperwork over the phone. I was told the unit I was renting was a normal storage unit somewhat close to the office. Once the attendant returned to the property she took me to my unit. It was at the very end of the property on a gravel road and it was a POD, not a storage unit. I decided to cancel and was not offered any kind of reimbursement of the funds I have paid and I am being billed for a full months rent when I didn't even use the unit.
