In a nutshell, all information was not disclosed online, and you could NOT see a Lease until you provided them with payment information for auto pay in the future. Their people like to point out what the Lease says when you speak with them, but don't have a comeback for the fact you cannot see a Lease until they have payment info. I was charged $99 to begin on the 16th of the month, for a unit I did not want until the 23rd. It's at that point in the lease that you realize you will be billed immediately, and have no choice when you will be billed. Their Lease essentially says they are not responsible for anything whatsoever, but tenant is required to give a minimum of 30 days notice or will continue to be charged every month the full amount. Another reviewer's issue was she kept reminding them she was vacating and they ignored it and then took what seemed to be legal action against her to obtain yet more money. I hope I can deter anyone else from even giving this place a thought. Taking ownership, my own stupidity just helped them rip me off, but I'm not stopping here. I didn't slave for lawyers for 50 years for nothing. They need to be shut down.

They have decent grounds (safety-wise) for your stuff but the customer service is beyond sub-par. I can't say that myself or my friends who were helping me could possibly be treated more poorly. I repeatedly advised them of my 30 day notice to vacate since April. I wasn't sure when I'd have the help I would need or the space to store my 3 items but I always kept the facility posted & my account was set up on auto-pay from day one. Then, all of a sudden, I get a lien notification with a bunch of threatening legal language (unnecessary...I went to law school & I know what you can actually do). How I was taken off of auto-pay is beyond me but the property manager, Kim, said she was on vacation so I think there were some glitches going on which is not my problem & definitely should not be taken out on patrons. I was charged an additional $30 for "letter delivery" which I never received, late fee & "lien notification." I couldn't remember how many digits the code was but I knew my numbers. I asked her, "Is it 5 digits or 6 or 7?" And she refused to help until another random employee outside told them & they got in so I hung up. It's very unfortunate because I like recommending & utilizing local businesses but I would steer clear of them until they get things together. My parents owned storage units for the better part of my younger years so I'm not unfamiliar with the process & you don't have to treat people like that & threaten them that you are selling their sentimental belongings. Note to the business, an email is not legal verification of a debt owed. I paid the cash & will never do business with you again.

    I have rented a storage unit from this business since 2013. The previous manager was always very…read morenice & helpful. Since the new company took over, they raised the rent (which I'm not mad about, just disappointed) I called today to get information of why my payment hasn't been taken out. It still wasn't explained to me why. So while I had the manager on the phone, I decided to voice my opinion about the raise in rent. She wasn't happy about it and as a matter of fact hung up on me. When I called back, to confirm we weren't disconnected. She continued to talk over me & wouldn't pause so that I could ask an additional question... then she hung up on me again. In the 8 years I have had dealings with this company, I have never been treated this way. They were always amazing until the new manager/management took over. I filed a complaint, then the same lady called me, went off on me, wouldn't let me ask the question that I wanted to ask. She also told me that there will be continued rent raises when ever they want.... Again, she hung up on me. Being someone who is in the customer service industry, if I ever treated a customer like that, I would no longer have a job.

The customer service was the same as it had been those years ago. Then the company got bought, new owners took over, things began to change (and not for the better). First thing out the door was an on-site presents during business hours. Even though the sign on the door clearly stated the hours the on site office was open, rarely was anyone there, the door was locked. I stopped by four days in a row at different times during the hours stated and every time the no one was in the office. No one even on the site out among the units helping another customer. Then the price increase came and then the grace period of "Due on the First but paid by the Fifth you're good, if paid on the Sixth or later there was a late fee" changed to "Paid by the First okay, paid on the Second or later got charged a late fee". I would not recommend to anyone to use this facility. I no longer have a storage unit with this outfit.
