The owner of this…read moreparticular facility is very dishonest with his business practice, especially when it comes to monthly insurance billing versus monthly rental rates. Beware that the insurance fees that you are paying are deceitful. You may not have the insurance, it may not cover the amount of the so called policy that you are paying for, and that fee may be a ploy for AAA to increase the rate of your monthly rental payment, and not actually applied to an insurance policy. People need to pay close attention to the changes in insurance policies and increases in fees. They will be investigated for these illegal practices.

In dealing with both of them during this Pandemic while I had medical problems and lost work is like dealing with two polar opposites. Ray Self Storage have been angels. They answer calls and will keep trying you back to discuss your account. They have worked everything out and now I'm back on track. Securcare however, does not return calls and in fact routs your call to a system where you have to pay and not discuss your account. They are stuck on late charges and liens. You would think after 17 years of being a customer it might make a difference to them but it doesn't. Pandemic or not they're out to make you suffer. If NSA hadn't bought the company they would have gone under. I give them an F.

In the end, they saved me a ton of money because when I actually booked the unit they told me about current specials and offered to let me use their moving truck for free! Not only that, but one of the managers came out early before hours on a Saturday when she wasn't even working so that I could have the truck when I had requested it. That was definitely beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended.

I've been using this storage facility for almost a year, and aside from the initial online sign‑up,…read moremy interactions with the management team--specifically Chelsea and her supervisor Terrence--have been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. Their approach to customer service and retention feels dismissive and unprofessional. Rates seem to increase arbitrarily, and there is no willingness to work with customers, even when the facility is not at full occupancy. It's frustrating to see a business risk losing a long‑term customer over a small amount, especially when maintaining relationships should be a priority. The staff has consistently come across as rude and unhelpful. While the building is climate‑controlled, it's far from high‑end. The carts are broken, the units are dark with no lighting, and overall, the facility lacks attention to customer experience. In short, the service and management have made this a disappointing place to store my belongings. After making a complaint to the district manager, it is evident that the rates are more important that customers and I will be removing my items asap. Seems like such a small thing to lose a customer over but in the end, it is all about perception and mine is that we are not valued.
