This location offers one of the lowest prices I have found for filling your propane tanks in the nearby Greensboro area and compare to other businesses nearby. The tanks were filled quickly without any issue. The credit card machine that is built onto the propane station was not working, but a second employee was standing by with a mobile device that was able to run my credit card and send me an E text receipt without any delays. I was very satisfied with how quickly I was able to get in and out at this location and the staff were very polite and professional.

We reserved a truck through Budget in May. We show up there at the arranged time, and the guy asks what size truck. We tell him we have a 24' truck reserved. He says he doesn't have a 24' truck and then calls around and says there is no 24' truck available from Durham to Winston-Salem. We were given no explanation as to why our reserved vehicle wasn't available. We ended up renting a truck from another company.

I called budget trucks office and they told me that I did not turn the truck in full. It cost $103 + $30 for having them fill it up. I understand the $30, I read in the contract they will charge you$30 if they have to put fuel into the truck. I admitted that the truck was not completely full (about 7/8's full), but since no one said anything, I figured they weren't trying to nitpick every little thing. I told the lady on the phone from budget truck there was no possible way they could have put $103 worth of diesel into it. She called the place I dropped it off at, and from what I can tell they just simply told her they did put that much into it. The lady on the phone told me there was nothing I could do, it's their word against mine. I'm very angry with budget truck and am going to call my bank to dispute the charge.

I scheduled a 10' truck pick up in Charlotte NC at 2pm. I called before 2pm and changed pick up to…read more3 pm. When I got to the location the attendant was not there. I had to call cooperate office and wait 20 mins for someone to arrive. My destination was a Greensboro NC location. I received a call at 5:30pm telling me my drop off location changed. I called the new drop off location to see if I could drop off at my original location, which was closer and was told yes. At 6:45 I drop off the truck at the original location and tried to check in on the app. The app did not have the updated location (Original location) listed. So I couldn't drop it off. I called cooperate office and was told if I drop it off at a location not designated on my invoice I would be charge a hefty fee. So after waiting on the phone for 45 mins going back and forth I had to drive another 21 miles to the location designated on my invoice. Now this has created an extra mileage and convince fee charges.Not to mention its 90 degrees and the entire process was not convent. I would not recommend using this company to save a few dollars. The end result is that you pay more....... Frustrated!
