From the moment I called to schedule a unit, I knew I had made the right decision. When you walk into the lobby, you are greeted with smiles from Keral, Katroya or Angela. This phenomenal trio keeps the property pristine and runs things like a well-oiled machine. The bathroom is spotless and always smells good, and there is hot coffee for guests. I appreciated that Ms. Debbie even called me from the Corporate office to see if I had any questions or needed anything once I was moved in. On the property itself, I love that there is a gate code and security surveillance system on site and that the access hours are convenient. There is plenty of accessible parking, and units on all floors are accessible because of the elevator. If you need extra space to store your belongings, I highly recommend Right Fit Storage on W. The prices for units are jacked up every six months or so, due of course to the fact they are holding your possessions hostage. The latest semi-fraudulent scam AAA Storage is running is to add "insurance" charges to the invoices for their units. You are allowed to opt out of their insurance, but after repeatedly providing their offfice with a copy of my own insurance company's invoice clearly showing the effective dates of coverage, I am continuing to be charged for their insurance. There are many noticeable areas of damage to door weatherstripping, downspout drain hoses etc. which are never repaired. Not recommended.

The staff there were super friendly and extremely helpful. The use of the moving truck - for free!! - was a surprise added bonus. I was supposed to keep a single 10 x 20 unit for a month, but ended up with 4 units for two months (to date) Michell Riggs was awesome to work with. She made sure my units were close together for my ease of use and made the whole chaotic and difficult situation a little better - which was very much appreciated! Someone needs to give that lady a raise! :) I've visited the location numerous times to move my belongings out a little at a time and every time, Michell and Julie are friendly and happy to help me in any way possible. Managers name is Angie and she is really terrific. The staff at South goes the extra mile to make sure that a customer has everything they need within their power And they do attempt to take the stress out of your move. You're fantastic people to work with. I highly recommend a visit and a walkthrough you will be impressed!
