Had I known what I would find, I would have moved from there completely. The ceiling was falling in on my unit. There was rat feces EVERYWHERE. Most of my furniture was ruined by rat pee (my black couch was literally stained yellow and my yellow chair was nearly black). The rats nibbled on my bedding and even on an end table. It was so bad, I had to take most of my things to the dump. Don't even think about storing here. There are more options available. If I could give it no stars here, I would definitely do it.

When i arrived to…read morepick up the truck I was told only a 16 ft truck was available but that I could have it for the same price. The 16 foot truck is not only longer but also wider than the 12 ft and is bigger than I felt comfortable driving. I was told "all the 12 ft trucks are in the midwest" and was given no reason why I was not notified prior to my scheduled pick up of the change. I ended up speaking with the Budget Truck company regional manager who was able to find a 12 ft truck about 30 min away. I drove there and picked up the 12 ft truck. Clearly this original truck rental location didn't care if i got what I reserved or not...I will certainly never book with them again.
