Honestly, my experience with setting up the move with them was not great. Originally, it was…read morescheduled for Saturday @ 3 pm. After finding my move would be more difficult than expected, (Alec) asked if I would be flexible to reschedule for the following Monday between 8 & 9 am to have a "fresh" team. I agreed. However, he apparently failed to reschedule me at the time HE suggested. He never contacted me to inform me they would not be coming between 8-9 am nor did he inform his team that would be moving me at that time. He instead scheduled them to be at my home that Monday between 11 am and 4 pm, which was not the agreed upon time not to mention was a ridiculous gap of time. I tried to contact him after no one had shown by 9 but, of course (according to Travis) Alec went out of state for the weekend with his family and could not be reached even though he gave me a number to contact him at any time. Travis said he would look into it and try to talk to Alec and get back to me ASAP. I never heard from either of them and still have not. The team ended up getting to my home that Monday by 2:30 pm after having moved another customer which is exactly what Alec said he was preventing by doing the reschedule for the morning. Having said all that, the team that arrived that day did an outstanding job. They were friendly, courteous, worked steadily, hard and very carefully. They were extra careful with the items I mentioned were of great importance to us. I give them 5 stars and would have them move us again without hesitation. The workers were outstanding. The office management could/should definitely learn a thing or two from them. I do recommend them based on the workers but I suggest you speak to someone other than Alec or Travis when scheduling or setting up your move.

My disabled friend booked this company more than a month before her move and paid the required…read moredeposit well in advance. I traveled to help her move, and a few days before the scheduled date they started jerking her around. First, they called and said they had to change her moving time because they decided to take another job. Apparently, keeping a commitment to a customer who had booked weeks in advance wasn't important. Then the communication became a complete joke. They kept texting her to "call us," but when she called, they wouldn't answer the phone. She sent multiple texts asking for someone to call her back and was ignored. The real shock came the day before the move. They emailed her a final bill that was more than $2,000 higher than the price they had quoted her. Waiting until the last possible minute to spring a huge price increase on someone who has no time to find another mover is completely unacceptable. Especially someone on a fixed income. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that she was out of options. Because of their unprofessional behavior, we had to scramble at the last minute to find another moving company. They turned what should have been an organized move into a stressful nightmare. If this is how they treat customers who book early, pay their deposit, and trust them to do the job, I can't imagine how they treat everyone else. Zero stars. Do NOT recommend. Stay far away from this company.

Well, I don't know about others, but I use this particular UPS Store location quite a bit for my…read morebusiness needs, and every single time I am greeted with friendliness and assisted quickly. The employees feel an urgency to assist customers first, so even if they are at work in the back area with various tasks they emerge quickly to get you squared away. My needs at this store have ranged from simple Amazon returns with a QR code that take about 10 seconds, all the way up to larger print jobs on heavier weight glossy paper, as well as shipping items around to various places. I've not been charged a computer fee, as things seem to work quite nicely if you just load the file you need printed onto a USB stick and hand it to them, and tell them what you need done. On top of that, the store has never been less than clean, even during the busy holiday season. I also like that my prints come in a nice envelope that I can re-use and often do. The printing charges are reasonable at least for the frequency in which I need them. I'll continue to use this very convenient UPS location!

We were told that because we didn't watch the entire packing process and watch them put on the labels, it's not their problem. We watched them make the boxes, put in the computers and throw the correct label into each one. I didn't know we had to micromanage them to protect ourselves. It is priced very competitively and even runs specials. The current winter special is half off! My favorite part about this location by far is the staff. From the moment I called to schedule a unit, I knew I had made the right decision. When you walk into the lobby, you are greeted with smiles from Keral, Katroya or Angela. This phenomenal trio keeps the property pristine and runs things like a well-oiled machine. The bathroom is spotless and always smells good, and there is hot coffee for guests. I appreciated that Ms. Debbie even called me from the Corporate office to see if I had any questions or needed anything once I was moved in. On the property itself, I love that there is a gate code and security surveillance system on site and that the access hours are convenient. There is plenty of accessible parking, and units on all floors are accessible because of the elevator. If you need extra space to store your belongings, I highly recommend Right Fit Storage on W.
