Beware that the insurance fees that you are paying are deceitful. You may not have the insurance, it may not cover the amount of the so called policy that you are paying for, and that fee may be a ploy for AAA to increase the rate of your monthly rental payment, and not actually applied to an insurance policy. People need to pay close attention to the changes in insurance policies and increases in fees. They will be investigated for these illegal practices.

When they finally open the doors, there were 8-10 people waiting. There was only one person working the counter, so the check-in process moved ridiculously slow. After a long wait, I finally was assigned a truck, only to find that it was parked behind another and I could not exit. I spoke to a U-Haul worker, It took him over 15 minutes to move the other truck so I could exit. During that time I spoke to another client that was also waiting for a u-haul worker to move a truck so he could also leave. To add insult to injury, the cab of my assigned truck smelled like fish. When I returned the truck, after my move, the agent receiving the trucks said he was unable to check me in, and that he would do it later and I would get an email. While the work ethic and attitude of the workers was extremely poor, I blame the site manager for making bad hires, poor training, and not creating a client focused culture.

The tanks were filled quickly without any issue. The credit card machine that is built onto the propane station was not working, but a second employee was standing by with a mobile device that was able to run my credit card and send me an E text receipt without any delays. This establishment gives the best of the best with great added touches that simply aren't found elsewhere. The hours of entry/operation are wider than most climate-controlled. Also, they have the 'free truck' option that's a pure bonus no matter how you look at it. As a woman of a certain age, I'm thankful for the 'little things' like the fact that they have a well-lit, pleasant smelling restroom available for customers or clients who are moving items in/out and need to 'go'. My last upscale facility didn't have any readily available near the actual units. Again....it's the little things. The best part however is the pleasant, helpful, customer-oriented approach of Cathy and her team. They worked hard to save me money on my units and offer me discounts I wasn't even aware of at the time of rental. Visit them and you shouldn't be disappointed.
