Right Fit Storage at 3404 W Gate City Blvd. in Greensboro, NC, is a new climate-controlled storage facility built with an elevator, making all three floors easily accessible. It is priced very competitively and even runs specials. The current winter special is half off! My favorite part about this location by far is the staff. From the moment I called to schedule a unit, I knew I had made the right decision. When you walk into the lobby, you are greeted with smiles from Keral, Katroya or Angela. This phenomenal trio keeps the property pristine and runs things like a well-oiled machine. The bathroom is spotless and always smells good, and there is hot coffee for guests. I appreciated that Ms. Debbie even called me from the Corporate office to see if I had any questions or needed anything once I was moved in. On the property itself, I love that there is a gate code and security surveillance system on site and that the access hours are convenient. There is plenty of accessible parking, and units on all floors are accessible because of the elevator. If you need extra space to store your belongings, I highly recommend Right Fit Storage on W. Because I did not opt for insurance, for which there was no guarantee would have covered a leak that was in the temperature controlled unit, Right Fit Storage pretty much blamed the issue on me, although the unit was faulty. I would recommend them if you expect good customer service. Too bad for my furniture, it was nice. Lesson learned.

Beware that the insurance fees that you are paying are deceitful. You may not have the insurance, it may not cover the amount of the so called policy that you are paying for, and that fee may be a ploy for AAA to increase the rate of your monthly rental payment, and not actually applied to an insurance policy. People need to pay close attention to the changes in insurance policies and increases in fees. They will be investigated for these illegal practices.

The credit card machine that is built onto the propane station was not working, but a second employee was standing by with a mobile device that was able to run my credit card and send me an E text receipt without any delays. From the dusty, musty non-climate controlled versions to the somewhat high-end, exclusive 'wine cellar' varieties. This establishment gives the best of the best with great added touches that simply aren't found elsewhere. The hours of entry/operation are wider than most climate-controlled. Also, they have the 'free truck' option that's a pure bonus no matter how you look at it. As a woman of a certain age, I'm thankful for the 'little things' like the fact that they have a well-lit, pleasant smelling restroom available for customers or clients who are moving items in/out and need to 'go'. My last upscale facility didn't have any readily available near the actual units. Again....it's the little things. The best part however is the pleasant, helpful, customer-oriented approach of Cathy and her team. They worked hard to save me money on my units and offer me discounts I wasn't even aware of at the time of rental. Visit them and you shouldn't be disappointed.
