I live in another state so basIcally I put it away 16 years ago and never looked at it again. It was an outside unit not climate controlled. I recently contacted them to let them know that I was coming to clean out the unit and would be terminating the lease. They were extremely professional and very helpful. I wasn't sure I would be able to locate the key or even if the lock would work after 16 years. They assured me that Todd would be available to assist me with whatever I needed. Amazingly the lock still worked after all that time which I feel is a testament to the fact that the unit was well sheltered from the elements. Also I was extremely impressed to find that other than a thick layer of dust all of the items survived intact with no rodent damage whatsoever. Honestly I expected to find at the least that some of the items would have been chewed but no it was as I had left it. I highly recommend their facility for your storage needs!!!!

Updating my review from 2018 since some things have changed…read more For $10 you can dump a truck load of crap you need to get rid of. If your load is metal, it costs you nothing. Things that have changed since my last review 1) Credit and debit cards ONLY. It use to be cash only but that has changed. 2) Drive up to the first building to pay. You pay the guy from the window. They don't ask a lot of questions, so if you work for the mob, great place to dispose of.......well, you know what I am talking about. After paying, you backup to the dump spot and throw your garbage in to the dumpsters below. Watch out for nails and crap that can give you a flat tire. They take about anything, furniture, mattresses, whatever. The sign at the entrance has the rules. See my picture of it. Metal items, tires, appliances and such go into different dumpsters and trailers. It is a different section but probably only 50 yards from the main area.
