Inexperienced Crew & Severe Property Damage: On moving day, a crew member openly admitted to being a newly hired and inexperienced employee. Consequently, their lack of training led to the complete destruction of my office desk. The support leg was snapped off due to violent mishandling. Additionally, the high-quality dining table sustained damage, and my refrigerator suffered heavy vent and other damages. Extreme Inefficiency: Despite a mere 15-minute drive between locations, unloading took significantly longer than loading. It took their team over 40 minutes just to move a single refrigerator into the house due to a lack of proper equipment and basic handling skills. Refusal to Take Responsibility: When claims were filed, the company (via their third-party claim adjuster, MoveBees) hid behind standard contract fine print ($0.60/lb valuation and material exclusions for engineered wood) to deny fair compensation for the destroyed desk--offering a meager sum for thousands of dollars in property loss caused directly by their workers' gross incompetence. While they eventually processed a small partial refund for the unreasonable delay fees after intense pushback, their overall service, handling of high-value items, and management were deeply unprofessional.
