Update: I wish I could say better, but even the sudden "change of heart" attitude I got from the…read more[manager?] woman that usually tends the administrative end upon trying to vacate still left me feeling like this ended sourly. I had called a month ago to notify my card for auto-debit has been updated, and also to give ample notice of the date I'd be vacating. No prob. Until I get a voicemail saying my payment was declined and I was now charged a $15 late fee. I called to clear the issue- I was met with quite a hostile response. After keeping calm & trying to reason, I got the fee waived. And I appreciate it, even though I do think my new card information was not properly updated. All is well? Upon trying to vacate, my access code was repeatedly denied. She finally opens the gate for me when she sees the moving truck. All is well. Until I can't get out. Magically, the gate opens as I get out & start to walk inside. I don't think any of it was an "accident" or "faulty keypad". To top it off- the movers happened to get a snapshot of the WATER DAMAGE inside my unit. Which, we also noted, compromised my belongings I had stored in there. You could say I am a bit less than pleased with how this ended. No one should be treated rudely for vacating a unit. And, the fact water damage occurred isn't leaving me feeling very confident in recommending or ever opting to re-rent in the future.

The gentleman who came to our house to move us were personable and gracious and so caring of us and our items. I recommend this company 100%. They are top notch perfection!

Update for My January 29-30 Move:…read more I previously shared my experience with this moving company, and unfortunately, things only got worse. On top of the poor service mentioned in my original review, they held my merchandise hostage for 46 days. They stored my items in a U-Haul facility in Mesa, which they apparently use to hold multiple clients' belongings. It's unclear whether they're actually providing a storage service or just holding people's possessions hostage. What they do is lure you in with the promise of a deal, but then things go south quickly. As you can see in the pictures, they completely filled my storage unit, which was meant to hold only shop equipment and overflow items. They piled everything all the way to the ceiling at the entrance, but if you dig around in the back--and believe me, it's like navigating an avalanche--you'll see a lot of wasted space. They just threw everything in without care. Since then, we've had to go back several times and hire people to help, as it's extremely dangerous to move things without something falling on you. While going through the mess, I discovered much of my inventory, including books we sell, scattered around in various corners, with dirty metal items stacked on top of them. They broke several of our filing cabinets, and I found files dumped upside down on the floor. One of the most upsetting discoveries was a plaque that had hung in the foyer, representing my accomplishments in opening the business. It was in pristine condition before the move, but now it's permanently damaged, scraped across the floor, with the corners destroyed. We're still sorting through everything, and there's a ton of shelving they were supposed to assemble but never did. It's been an ongoing nightmare
