I opened up a storage unit 7/16/25 and it would only be needed for one month. $138.00 for a 10x10 (everything had to be done online nobody was over there at the office in person). On 8/1/25 I was charged for a second month, had all my stuff out of there by August 13 but no refund for the deposit that they charged me for the lock which I didn't need and no refund for the month second month of August. Tammy ACTED like she was giving you a good deal but in reality she was very shiesty and provided false terms to LOCK you in. She forces you to give a review on the spot, SIGHT UNSEEN and was extremely aggressive in her upsell. I paid for a 5X10 and she rented me a 5x5 or less full of spiders, holes, and dust ! The extra tarp I purchased was USELESS. To be honest this unit was DISGUSTING and not very secure. She seemed genuine so I gave her a good review but I've had BETTER. I moved out 5 days later. Ms. Tammy was the absolute best to work with. She had the whole process laid out and explained very easily. The facility looks secure, and there are very good cameras as well. Tammy helped me find the perfect size, a great discount, and in one day. Out of all of the other storage units, I called, Tammy was the only one to call back and to personally set up a time and unit with a reminder. We've had our storage now for a number of years after downsizing our parents as they moved into a nursing home. We even had to get a larger unit on a second move. I would like to see an annual review of the different size units. The price given at signup is based on demand. Of course when we needed our unit the demand was high and so was the price. With a good payment record some consideration should be given as far as an annual rent adjustment. Yes, this could go the other way too, but should really be viewed for decreases only - especially if the current going rate, let's say, was 25-30% less that what that unit is currently leased for AND has been leased for a period of time..let's say two-3 years. What a nice way to retain your customers!! Also..the security fence just seems to be broke all the time. I know it's been fixed at least three times in the years we have had our unit. The manger, Tammy, however, is wonderful. She has the patience of a saint and understands when folks need a little more time to pay and do what they say they are going to do. read more

I gave this site out of 5 stars only because I believe nothing is perfect.perfect. I would, however, have liked to qualify the 4 stars as closer to 4.5 or 4.75. Tammy, the site manager, met us to start the process. She laid everything out neatly reasonably, and completely. She showed us the unit, explained the rules and worked with us through the initial paperwork. She was very nice and enjoyable to talk to.She treated all the customers we saw there with respect and friendliness, while still maintaining a good business presence. She was helpful when my sons started bringing the belongings to the unit, and always seemed to be available to help. I was very impressed with her and her site. This particular location is not recommended. The owner is an older woman that lives in the complex. She is very bitter & rude, gave us a 30 minute tour of the grounds then charged us for it. After that the bill has slowly increased by about 5-10 dollars every month w/ out any sort of notification of doing so. Dumpster on site is always locked? Anytime you ask her anything she acts like you are bothering her. This place is horrible and would not recommend to anyone. read more

I would not recommend this site on a professional level! The "manager" is/was not very courteous to me! When I stated to him I can't by twice in two separate days but no one was there his response was "well I'm here now"! That's not how a "manger" speaks! I would take my business to the battlefield location even though they have higher prices because the young lady there had an amazing attitude but I'm not giving this company my money!!If I could give this location 0 stars on being professionals I would!
