The unit itself was quite beat up but its a storage unit so it doesn't have to be pretty but there were a lot of holes in the walls. Our experience with Delene was very good. She was helpful. The whole process was fast and since we had started it on line before we went we were in and out of there in 15 minutes. Delene explained the gate procedure and took us to the storage unit and explained the lock. Also suggested some supplies we might want to get. The area is very clean. I would suggest this Public Storage area to friends. read more

Was told that if I was stay longer than a month my bill would automatically be drafted out of my account. Come to find an email stating it's past due and it's an extra $30 late fee. Due to the misunderstanding the late fee could not be removed. I was told that I had an email, which I got, that stated the $5 balance which was due THE NEXT DAY of getting the unit. The email shows that the $5 and the balance for October was due Oct 31st. Turns out it was due today, with a late fee. The entire contract process was smooth- but obviously too smooth and ran through if viable information had been missed. Will be getting my stuff prior to the 1st of November before I'm hit with more fees. read more

The absolute worst!!!! Sooo many bugs in & on furniture. When it rain outside...it rained inside of the storage. My furniture and contents in the storage were covered with mold....completely ruined! At least every 3-6 months there is an increase in the price. My storage was a 10x10 and the monthly bill was $212.00...this is ridiculous...we're dealing in a global pandemic and I just received an email that there will be another monthly increase. Shame on you Public Storage! read more

When I moved into this storage unit about 5 months ago I asked the lady in the office if this would be my rate each month or if it would go up after a certain amount of time. The lady assured me that it would be the same rate each month and it is month to month. I went to pay my bill today and it was 20 more this month. I called the customer care phone number to ask what the difference was and she was very rude and said that we can change rates anytime we want to. Another thing with this location is that when I moved my things in, the lady in the office said that they were fixing the gate and it should be done in the next week or two. It is now 5 months later and the gate stays open 24/7. This is not a secure property. I will be moving out this weekend. read more

I was in a bind and needed a storage unit last minute since my previous place fell through. I was able to book quickly online and all the pricing matched up to what I saw online but I had a few additional questions since I've never rented a unit before. No one was available via call. This location is not staffed with anyone onsite. I got the 5 by 10 unit online and when I arrived the door way to enter was barely 3 feet which made it very difficult to get all my furniture in. I tried to call to get a bigger unit but was only offered the largest size for an outrageous price not comparable online. If online was more transparent I would have never gotten that smaller size unit. And to be offered a solution that is clearly substantially more because someone is in a bind is not good service. Not happy with the service but had no other choice considering no refunds are granted for online use. Will be making different arrangements next month. read more

I began my reservation online and finished in person the following day. Ebony was extremely helpful and polite. She made sure I got the right size unit to fit my needs and made sure I understood everything about the property. I paid extra for one of their locks because I didn't want to have to go shopping for one. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. read more

The service I have received from the Public Storage staff has been accommodating and helpful. They were patient in helping me choose the right storage unit as well as answering all my questions. They also insured I had an understanding of the billing process and the availability of access to the property. The facility is clean and appears to be well managed.
