I was recently lied to on pricing (what my rent pricing would be) and tried addressing this matter with management and never heard anything back for a resolution ! Ive been at this location for 4+ years and have had nothing but good Service. I went in on 2/24 and Amanda helped me with what I needed and was very helpful and friendly at 10 minutes to closing. she had a smile on her face and gave me the utmost care I needed. Dollies nor carts are available to use after 6pm. Customers are not able to move things after 9pm. This is the worst storage facility i have used. Moving doesn't fit corporate hours. If you're trying to move anything after 9pm and want to use a dolly or a cart, don't rent with Public Storage. You will be SOL. read more

This location is great because of Love. She's very friendly, responds quickly, and doesn't mind answering lots of questions. She did a great job of communicating with me about the proocess of storage rental and gave clear instructions, explained the paperwork and worked out an issue that I had with the toll free reps. As long as she's there I highly recommend this location. She's the only attendant that I've ever had a great experience with. If not for her I'd def. have switched to a different facility. read more
