Now we are needing storage again, to include parking. This is the cleanest place EVER and the staff are warm and friendly and know how to listen to what the customer needs. It's not a chain storage facility at all. The manager keeps the facility very clean. Even the restrooms are so nice and clean. It is a gated property which makes us feel safe storing there. Local is the best. No thanks to the bug infested and non present staff at other big box facilities.

Staff was extremely friendly, promptly followed up on my request and made it happen! They have a computerized gate accessed by personal code both upon entering and leaving the facility in addition to cameras; this makes me feel safe that my property is secure. They were up front about all cost, and even pro-rated the month since I didn't start the first. Extremely professional. I will be recommending their service to others.

When I tell you I was stressed out I called Rod and he gave me an estimate and made me feel at ease with my moving experience. Thanks again Citywide for wonderful experience.

Items that have been kept in pristine condition now have scratches, gouges, chips and even the stairs were chunked up (two of the railing post corners were ruined). The movers arrived at my storage promptly this morning and began loading my items on the truck. I had 3 movers. I was exceptionally pleased when Larry, put a runner down so that they didnt stain the carpet while bringing my items in. They were careful with my items & wrapped my bedroom furniture up with their clithe to protect them. Im so thankful because my last moving experience was less desirable. Larry, Greg, & Wesley completed my move without complaints or excessive personal breaks. I moved our of a storage into a 2 bed/2bath apt. I was particularly pleased with the cinoany having their own box to transport loose items. I don't know why I have loose items when it seems that i have over 100 boxes!! All of the guys had a great sense of humor and made me feel totally comfortable. Of course it can be pricey when you contract movers but it feels great to know that I was able to support a Black Owned Business. The only thing that I disagreed with is that they did not hook up my washer & dryer for me. I guess its a liability or something like that. If and when i move again I will definitely use this company. PeriodTTT!!!!!!

If you want to spend 3 days moving, and if you love being charged 4 times the original estimate,…read morethen be sure to hire Dynasty Movers. My girlfriend called them as a last resort to come over and move her small 2 bedroom home on a Sunday. They quoted her $295 for the move. They arrived and got right to work. A few hours later, the head mover (who looks like Jesse "the body" Ventura in his younger days) informed us that we'd misled them and that the move would require another man. Sure, fair enough. The other man arrived and went to work. Then after a whole day of moving, the head mover informed us that they'd have to spend about an hour TOMORROW to finish the move. Oh, and they wanted a check right now for $550! We had no choice, we paid. The next day came. Instead of spending an hour to finish up, they spend another EIGHT hours and charged us ANOTHER $494!! So this move, which the offered for $295, ended up costing us $1000!! If this is what you want, then hire them immediately. If not, then dont walk, RUN. Avoid them at all costs. Your wallet will thank you.

I chose Dynasty because of the great reviews they received on Yelp. I had a small moving job (3…read morerooms with little furniture) and only 10 miles. I got a verbal quote for $295 and was told I'd have to pay cash. Two nice guys showed up on time, but then took their sweet time getting started, took a LOT of smoke and restroom breaks, and were not in a rush to get the truck packed. They did protect the furniture, but I had to pay extra. When they emptied the truck, they just dumped everything. Didn't make any atttempt to ask where I'd want things put or have them organized. Then to drive the 10 miles, it took them an hour (equates to 2 hours, since they double travel time). They didn't drive over 35 mph on the streets and 45 on the freeway (which had no traffic). My total bill was $550 and they pocketed the change. I did include the tip, but a courtesy of asking if I wanted change would've been nice, instead of just assuming. Use them at your own risk.
